Under new Ownership and Management effective Sept 2020. With many new decorations, bedding, and many other new furnishings throughout has greatly updated the feel of this home inside and out! Located at on Mallard Street in North Forest Beach, this beautiful six bedroom, four and a half bath home with two master suites and private pool is a short two minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Hilton Head (only 150 yards to the beach).



As you enter the great room, you are greeted with a light, casual yet elegant living space. Flanked by two columns, this space contains a living area with white wood floors, a carved whitewashed fireplace, and a dining area that seats eight to 10.



Directly across from the dining table is an open kitchen with an island that seats three. Also on the first floor is the powder room with built-in laundry area (full-size washer and dryer) and a master suite with private bath.

The first floor master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, TV, and french doors leading to the porch. The master bedroom has his and her walk-in closets leading to the master bath. The bath has a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and two vanities.

Upstairs you will find another master bedroom suite decorated beautifully in blue and white island style. This suite features a king bed, TV, and french doors opening onto the upper balcony. The master bath has a separate dressing area with double sinks and walk-in closet. It also has a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

Along the remaining area of the second floor, you will find three queen bedrooms with a connecting full bath and one twin bedroom with a connecting bath.

The upstairs king master suite and both queen bedrooms all open onto the upper balcony through french doors. All towels and linens are provided.



This home has multiple TV's, one in every bedroom and a gas grill.



The private pool is located on the front of the property with a foliage privacy screen (12.5 ft X 29 ft). POOL IS HEATABLE, there is a $700 charge per week or $100 per day of your visit. Please let me know during booking if you'd like the pool heated.



For shopping and dining, Coligny Plaza is a short bike ride away, and the bike path is located directly in front of this home.
