This updated semi-detached home can be enjoyed for short trips or extended stays.
MAIN FLOOR: The main floor features the kitchen, dining area and the living room.
KITCHEN: The updated and fully equipped kitchen provides the ability to prepare your own home cooked meals. This kitchen features an electric stove. There are plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishes provided that let you get right down to creating your feast. Although compact, this efficient space offers a full sized fridge and stove; in addition to smaller appliances like coffee maker, microwave and toaster. ADDED BONUS - the built in dishwasher makes clean up a breeze.
LIVING ROOM (with Work Space): The living room is decorated in soft neutral tones for a relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of seating options for your group to settle in around the TV (with unlimited internet use - stream your favourite shows, movies or sporting events)
The work space offers a laptop friendly area for guests needing to stay connected while travelling. Internet/WIFI connectivity is strong and will support multiple devices simultaneously.
Three (3) BEDROOMS:
The 3 bedrooms each offer super comfy beds with new mattresses for a restful nights sleep, plenty of storage options and are decorated in relaxing neutral tones with a few fun quirky touches. There are closet spaces in each of the bedrooms to hang your belongings.
* Bedroom #1: Is the largest bedroom is size and features a view of the backyard.
* Bedroom #2 & Bedroom #3: Both of these bedrooms feature a compact and efficient layouts. The benefits of these spaces include:
** privacy for our guests travelling in groups
** proximity to young ones is appreciated by our travelling families
* Bathroom (Upper level) : This is an updated 4pc bathroom with new fixtures and modern decor. The bathroom UPSTAIRS is a FULL bathroom. Bathroom has been updated to feature a current colour palette, contemporary fixtures and modern decor. Plenty of towels are provided and our guest amenities are environmentally conscious. (and umm... well... they smell amazing too!)
Lower Level - BASEMENT Layout:
The lower level of this home features the second bathroom (note, this one is a half bath), the second living room/recreation room and the laundry facilities.
BATHROOM (2pc) - the second HALF BATH is located DOWNSTAIRS in the basement area. This bathroom has also been updated to feature a current colour palette, contemporary fixtures and modern decor. It is not a huge space by any means but does take pressure of sharing a single restroom with the rest of your group. It IS perfect for "when ya have to go" and are already downstairs. Great for kids and adults that perhaps "wait until the last minute"... wink wink
LIVING ROOM #2/RECREATION ROOM
Please note:
* to accommodate larger groups for shorter stays there is a sofa bed in the living room.
** The sofa bed will accommodate 2 people.
** There is firm maximum of eight (8) people per booking and this number of people must be approved in advance (This is NOT a party house!)
*** This number of eight (8) guests is certainly not recommended for longer term stays as it gets pretty crowded and privacy/comfort for your visit is compromised.
LAUNDRY:
✔ YES!! - there is a laundry room available for use.
✘ NOPE!! - there is no extra charge to use the machines
