Perfect Location and Cozy Chalet

The location is perfect, very close to the Super-Morzine lift and very quiet at night. The chalet is cozy, and only one room is en-suite.

Cozy chalet near ski lift

Perfect location, close to the Super Morzine ski lift and the town center. We enjoyed our stay with 11 people. The house is well-equipped and having a washing machine was very handy. We highly recommend Chalet Bellanis!

We'll be back!

This property has everything we need including washing machine, tumble dryer, heated boot rack, the list goes on. All bedroom are very cosy and so clean, the bedroom downstairs in the garage is totally soundproof from the areas above (if you need privacy) and the kitchen facilities are extensive, plenty plates, cutlery, dishes, glasses. We have been before and would certainly go again. The location to the main lifts is excellent too which accesses either Morzine or Avoriaz.

Fabulous chalet

Fabulous chalet. Incredible location. Chrissie was extremely helpful and responsive. Here with another young family and the whole thing worked brilliantly. Planning to rebook for next year.

5 min walk to Super Morzine lift

5 min walk to Super Morzine lift. Gets busy and noisy with cars parking outside the chalet when ice hockey matches are on.

Great Stay with Minor Design Challenges

Excellent, convenient. A few design challenges—low ceilings in the two upstairs bedrooms and no bathroom upstairs. But apart from those things, which can't be changed, we loved it and had a wonderful holiday there.

Amazing property

Positive: The keys were left in a key safe with the host sharing the code via WhatsApp prior to our arrival. The chalet was clean and well-equipped, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which worked well for us as a party of 3 families. A nice touch was the small welcome hamper of wine and crisps alongside lots of useful items for cooking such as salt, coffee pods, spices, and sugar, etc. The chalet is located a short walk from town, which is easy if you use the lifts to the main streets and the Petit Train to get across town - this was especially useful when in ski boots, etc. Negative: The chalet was very warm even with the thermostat turned down and the windows open, (however, this is better than it being cold).

Love to stay again.

This place is well located next to the Super Morzine gondola and close to rental/retail shops, restaurants and the supermarket. The ice rink and swimming pool are right next door. Lifts to the village are 100m away. Our group had a great time and I would stay there again. Chrissie the chalet manager was very responsive and the place was well stocked with the basic things you need for a good stay. The washing machine was not working, but Chrissie managed to get someone to look at that when we were there which was appreciated. Unfortunately the wifi wasn’t flakey, but none of us were working so it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Truly perfect for a large family!

This place is truly perfect for a large family. We have such fond memories already! Chrissie is amazing for anything you might need. The location is perfect. The view is truly serene. The double height ceiling in the couches area gives such a nice feeling.

Very conveniently located chalet.

It's only 5 mn walking distance from downtown Morzine, the ski lift, ski rentals, post office and Carrefour Market. The chalet is on a road so the views and landscapes are not ideal however the chalet itself is well equipped, easily accessible, cozy and functional. The chalet manager is very responsive and provides great recommendations along ski rental discounts at nearby shops.

Chalet spacieux et confortable correspondant au nombre de personnes que nous étions sans se gêner. Emplacement pratique pour l’accès à la ville par les ascenseurs.
