Located 7 minutes from Liberty University - 3 minutes from Glencliff Manor!

Thank you for viewing our pet friendly home. After an addition, our home has a new full bathroom plus a new bedroom with gorgeous views through the double-hung window of the pond and a walk-in closet. All rustic themed! 4 bedroom and 3 full bathroom home.

Please note: We have respect for all renters, but will only rent this home to those with a proven track record of taking great care of the places they rent. New travelers are encouraged to contact us and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The gorgeous attic has been converted to a 4th bedroom. Please see the pictures for our new log stump dining table, chairs and bench. Everything about it is gorgeous. Liquid glass filled table. Plus our new queen log bed with double spindles! Check out the pictures of all as we continue to make upgrades to our home!

This waterfront home brings the "wow" factor for us. We hope you will feel the same. We have a boat for the pond, a 3 burner BBQ grill, wood fireplace through a handmade stone chimney, screened-in deck, basketball hoop, game room, and so much more.

Awesome lake home!

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful, and there’s plenty for everyone to do. I especially loved reading on the screened in porch every morning. We’d love to come back again!

Overall great place to stay!

Our family was in town for a wedding at a local venue close by. The property was absolutely great. Perfect fit for our adult kids and two grandkids. Our host was awesome and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Beautiful peaceful getaway

Ryan and Chantel’s home was awesome. Very clean and accommodating. Quiet, secluded and beautifully decorated. Ryan was very helpful and professional. We’d definitely recommend this place as a great getaway.

Great Basecamp for Liberty Graduation Weekend

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our son's LU graduation weekend. The perfect property and the PERFECT LOCATION. We did alot of cooking and this property had everything we needed. The house was so peaceful and quiet. Thank you for providing such a great place. We have memories of a lifetime.

Great Stay, Would Return

We stayed at the property with a group of adult leaders for our church youth group. We had a wonderful stay. The owners were great at communication and went above and beyond. They even had some water, snacks, and more available for us. Everything was taken care of. If we ever need accommodations in the area, we would definitely rent again.

Great property!

We booked Ryan’s place for my husband’s birthday weekend. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The house is beautiful and clean with many nice amenities. The kitchen was perfectly suited for all our needs; open to the rest of the house making our meal gatherings both cozy and spacious.

Awesome home for all ages

Our family rented the home to gather for thanksgiving. It’s the perfect home for all ages to have a relaxing fun time together. The hosts were wonderful to work with, super friendly and prompt with all communication. They also stocked the home with everything you could possible need far beyond any VRBO we have rented before. Great house!

We stayed at this house for a family wedding. Incredibly comfortable house. Truly a home away from home. Great location. The house was fully stocked with anything you could need. Wonderful Property

This was a wonderful property for our stay for Liberty University Graduation 2023. It is close the University in a residential neighborhood but feels very private and secluded. The house is roomy and 8 of us stayed comfortably. The screened in porch overlooking the pond was my favorite spot. The owner was great to work with and super responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Great place!

Our family of 7 (2 adults + 5 kids) stayed here for my husband’s PhD graduation from Liberty. We loved every part of this house. The kids especially loved the gameroom and basketball goal. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The outdoor area is beautiful and peaceful, and we loved the neighborhood. The home is located minutes away from anything you might need or want but feels like you are tucked away in the woods. We will definitely come back!

The perfect get away

From the peaceful mornings overlooking the pond to the fabulous Halloween decor, this home creates an incredibly relaxing and homey environment to help make your stay inviting and relaxing. There are thoughtful details added to every room and you are made to feel like a very welcomed guest. They had a coffee bar, twinking lights, Mrs. PacMan machine, fire pit, too many wonderful amenities to add and now... a basketball hoop! Our family loves the home away from home close to LU

Family Time and LU Visit

This is a new favorite home away from home for our family. We stayed here while taking a family trip to visit our daughter, who is a student at Liberty Univ. The location to campus was excellent while also providing a secluded getaway. The amenities and environment are phenomenal. All the little details including the decor, twinkling lights, boats for the pond, coffee bar, screened porch overlooking the pond, retro video game, etc make this a wonderful place and were all appreciated. Ryan’s communication is fantastic and he went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed. This rental is a must see gem… my children have all said we have to stay here again the next time we visit LU.

Paradise Near Lynchburg

If you're looking for a five-star getaway, this is the property for you. We rented this property for our son's graduation weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Ryan was on top of every aspect of our stay. The house is very private and offers all the amenities you could possibly desire. The great room, dining room, and kitchen are all open concept and this area opens up to a screened-in porch and open deck overlooking the pond out back. The four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offered a ton of space for a family of 6. The house offers everything you would need for a home away from home. The welcome package was incredible and provided more extras than we could use. Fishing on the pond was also a highlight during our stay. We caught some sizable fish and it made the adventure even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a spot to really kickback and relax, I would definitely recommend this property. From the personal touches to the home itself, you just can't go wrong. Thanks again for a lifetime memory!!!

Very nice house on pond

The house was secluded on a pond that is shared with one other house. The owners added several nice touches, including snacks and some breakfast foods. Nights were quiet. The owners communicated with us regularly to make sure everything was going well. We would like to visit again in nicer weather.

Cozy Cabin Weekend Getaway

This is a great property! Conveniently located (only a few miles to Lynchburg), but still feels serene and private! It was a perfect getaway for 4 couples. We loved the fire pit and the decor/vibe of the house!

Fabulous stay in a beautiful setting

Loved our cabin stay. Lots of extras like coffee and snacks; the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils as well. Large rooms, great central living space, screened patio and a pond that came with a giant inflatable boat with oars. Really had a special stay!

Thanksgiving vacation

We stayed here during this thanksgiving, we are happy to have our thanksgiving gathering in such a beautiful house. Ryan is very pleasant and approachable. Location is quite and cozy. There is a beautiful pond back of the house with nice view.
