Mermaid's Landing is a coastal cutie full of mermaid charm. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and just 5 blocks from Fulton Beach Road with its many restaurants, bars, and shops. It has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, a TV, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed, a TV, and access to the half bathroom. In the spacious, open concept living area, there are two large and very comfortable sofas, one is a queen sofa sleeper, a coffee table, and a big screen TV. The open kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals including a large island that doubles as a dining table. In the garage, there is a washer and dryer for most laundry needs. The front porch is covered and cozy. It's a great spot to watch the deer forage across the street while enjoying morning coffee. There is a large privacy fenced backyard with a covered patio for lounging or entertaining, a grill, and a firepit to gather around for smores. There is even space for your boat trailer. The boat ramp is a straight shot from the cottage, only 5 blocks away! Minutes away from Rockport Beach, the Heritage District, and the Maritime Museum. Streaming TV only.

We stayed in Rockport for a fishing trip. The house was perfect for our group and met all our needs. Would highly recommend staying here to others.

Fishing Trip Stay

It was really a nice stay. We were fishing most of the time so we didnā€™t spend a lot of time at the house, however it was so nice to have a washer and dryer to wash our clothes, and we had room for the boat. The backyard was really nice. Only spent a little time out there but it was decorated very nice and it was very relaxing.

Great place

The home is located perfectly for fishing, visiting the beach, and going to the store because we always gorget something šŸ˜€. The back yard is lovely for BBQ the pation has perfect space under an awning so you can enjoy the outdoors with out being in the sun. Coffee in the porch is also nice, if you're lucky you get to see deer grazing in the yard across the street.

The front door was very dirty and this is the first thing you see. The half bath toilet is leaking around the bottom. The laundry room quite a mess.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the house love it very beautiful home. Close to the beach had everything we need for our vacation needs. Really recommend this home!! P.S has really good A/C for this hot weather to!

Mini Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again if we ever come back to Rockport/Fulton. Overall the house was clean and well kept. There were some spiderwebs and the floor was still sandy but we were there for the beach so it wasnt a big deal. We just kept socks on our feet so the didnt get dirty . Check-in was super easy and communication was great. Could not have gone more smoothly. The back patio has been updated with cute lights and decor since pictures were taken, which was a nice surprise. The neighborhood was a mix of cute houses like this one and some not so cute houses lol. I was honestly a little nervous about how it was going to look because of some of the other houses but when we pulled up I was relieved. Super convenient drive to everything from stores, restaurants, piers and beaches. The wifi was hit and miss but there was a truck out there working so must have been a known issue at the time. It was a great first visit to Rockport Beach and look forward to coming back!
