The apartment is part of a converted home that has been thoughtfully divided into three separate living spaces, each with its own entrance. This layout ensures a sense of privacy while still being part of a welcoming community. We prioritize cleanliness and organization, so you will find everything you need conveniently placed throughout the space. Guest Access:
Your private entrance is at the front porch. A keypad lets you come and go as you please!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is safe and eclectic. It is also less than a mile from State Street, which is the downtown strip of Bristol. This street straddles the line of TN & VA.

Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown! It's less than a mile, or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace.

PET INFORMATION:
While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, EXCLUDING cats, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests their privacy but we can be there for you when you need help. We provide self check-in for your convenience.
