Our holiday home, which was completed in 2013, is located on a quiet, sunny hill in Osterhofen at the foot of the Wendelstein, far from the traffic and yet easily accessible. Surrounded by a 500 sqm garden plot, the house is detached and located on a small romantic mountain stream on the edge of the forest.

Best suited for a family vacation in 3 generations. It also offers enough space and space for a vacation with friends and children, since each apartment has its own garden with terrace.
Your holiday home is luxurious but cozy and furnished with great attention to detail. It is a low-energy house, which is ecologically heated with an air heat pump, and is built with local handicraft companies and with wood from the region. Windows, doors and. Windowsills made of larch wood, real wood flooring and solid wood furniture contribute to a pleasant and healthy living environment.

The 120 sqm apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the open gallery. This apartment has a large living room with a large dining table for approx. 12 people when pulled out.

The apartment on the stream with about 60 square meters with its own garage has a separate bedroom in which 2 extra beds are possible.

The smallest apartment with 35 square meters in hut flair has the bedroom on an open gallery.

Osterhofen is located at 820 meters and belongs to the climatic health resort Bayrischzell, where you can find grocery stores, organic bakers, butchers, textile and Find souvenir shops, ski schools and sports shops, pharmacy, outdoor swimming pool, Sudelfeld ski area and also a hairdresser, masseur, doctors and dentist.

From Munich you can reach us in about 1 hour. You can also come to us comfortably by train. The train station of the Bavarian Oberlandbahn is approx. 3 minutes away on foot. The valley station of the Wendelstein cable car can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
On the south bank of the Schliersee you are in 5 minutes by car.
