Located 20 km from Périgueux and 4 km from Le Change (shops), this 110 m² village house is semi-detached. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with an inset fireplace. Relax in the lounge area with a television and Wi-Fi internet access. There is a separate WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and the other with a double bed (140x190 cm). On the same level, there is the possibility of a third bedroom with a single bed (120 cm); please inquire with the owner. There is also a shower room. Electric heating is provided. A laundry room is accessible from the outside. Two bicycles are available free of charge.

You will have access to a fully enclosed, wooded garden of 350 m² with no overlooking neighbors, a covered terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a griddle. There is also a covered outdoor lounge area. Towels are available for €10 per person per change. Bed linen €15/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €65. Heating exceeding 8 kWh/day: additional charges will be billed. An ideal location for a peaceful getaway, starting from hikes to the woods or the river. Between Périgueux, a "City of Art and History" (St. Front Cathedral, Tour de Vésone, Gallo-Roman circuit, Medieval-Renaissance circuit, Mataguerre Tower, museums, etc.) and Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, the capital of Prehistory, not far from Hautefort Castle (Gardens and Museum of Medicine), this pleasant gîte is situated between the Isle Valley and the Dordogne Valley with its caves and castles. 15 km away, visit the truffle orchards and the Truffle Ecomuseum in Sorges. 30 km from Montignac (International Centre for Cave Art Lascaux 4).
