Nernier is "THE ROMANTIC PEDESTRIAN VILLAGE OF LAKE GENEVA," with a beach for swimming, a large sun deck, a spacious children's playground, a charming harbor with access to Lake Geneva boats, 7 delightful bars and restaurants, and so many other surprises to discover for yourself!
In the heart of Nernier, just 50 meters from the lake, we offer a 90 m² duplex apartment, completely renovated with modern style (for design enthusiasts!) and brand new furnishings, accommodating 2 adults and two children.

DESCRIPTION
1st floor:
• A large, separate kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, washing machine, all cooking utensils, basic necessities) with a dining table,
• A TV lounge with two sofas,
• A dining room seating 6,
• A shower room with a walk-in shower,
• A separate toilet

2nd floor:
• A bedroom with a double bed and a desk area,
• A bedroom with two single beds,
• A bathroom,

ACTIVITIES - A comprehensive welcome guide will be provided to enhance your stay:
• Water sports (swimming, sailing, fishing)
• Boat trips on Lake Geneva departing from the ports of Nernier or Yvoire.

• Numerous walks along the lake or in the surrounding countryside
• Visit the surrounding area (Yvoire, Thonon, Evian, Geneva, Chamonix, Avoriaz)
Bed linen and towels provided for up to 4 people

Note: The 'La Perle du Léman' gîte is located in the pedestrian village of Nernier, protected by a gated access point.

* At any time of day: access to the gîte by car (via a badge provided with the key) for dropping off people with reduced mobility, luggage, and groceries…
* From 7:00 PM (day 1) to 9:00 AM (day 2): free parking (blue zones 50 meters from the gîte, parking lots 150 meters from the gîte)
* From 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM:

- Blue zones (3 hours) 50 meters from the gîte
- Paid parking 150 meters from the gîte (€1 per hour, €8 flat rate for a full day)
