This is a 600 square foot studio with a king size bed overlooking the bayou and pool area. Sitting area with lg screen TV. Small bathroom with shower. Private covered patio next to pool. We are minutes from I-10 interstate. Includes a twin roll-away bed. Daily full continental breakfast on patio & free access to canoes and kayaks. We also offer free entry/exit pick up for canoeing/kayaking. Ask about special packages for anniversaries, honeymooners and birthdays.

Anniversary get away

We stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary, we really enjoyed our stay the owners were very kind and attentive . The room was clean and had what we needed for our stay. The breakfast was so delicious and there was plenty of it! We will definitely stay again.

40th Anniversary

very quiet and tranquil setting with a good location and fabulous breakfast which we shared with a wonderful couple who were also staying at the vrbo, hope to stay again one day.

on the banks of the bayou, centrally located for enjoying the best of Acadiana. Wonderful hosts make delicious breakfast and give essential travel info to get the most out of you stay. Absolutely charming!

Little piece of paradise

Absolutely beautiful place , great location, great people and the food they cooked was delicious.. plus a special treat at night was homemade ice cream 😋We highly recommend this place ❤️

Great stay

Quiet area. Beautiful scenery of the bayou from the room we stayed in. Owner was timely with responding to messages and even answering phone calls. The breakfast they served was great.

By the bayou

We loved our stay with Robbie and Brian. Great location on the bayou. The breakfast was wonderful and they put in extra effort because I can’t eat mammal meat. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and “at home”. We enjoyed speaking with them and their advice was spot on. We will stay there again!

Beautiful Bayou Stay

Our stay at Bryan and Robbie’s was highlighted by a serving of homemade ice cream upon arrival and a delicious breakfast before going on down the road. We stayed for one night while traveling through Louisiana, and enjoyed their hospitality and sharing stories. The room was comfortable and they made the swimming pool available for our use.

Just what we needed

This was the perfect place for a relaxing day in the pool. Very private and inviting. We had a great time getting away from our daily grind to grab some sun and just hang out. Hosts were wonderful and very accomodating of our requests. Would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!❤️

Gourmet breakfast!

We were just passing through on our way to Texas, so we only stayed 1 night, but the bed was comfortable, and the place was quiet and clean. The best part was that the owner had a beautiful breakfast set up for us overlooking the garden and river. It was a 5 star! He was very fun to talk to and sent us on our way with some homemade scones and fresh oranges! I see mimosas in our future! Thank y’all!

Relaxing

My wife and I needed a night for us. The little crawfish studio was perfect. Restaurant/bar with in walking distance. The hosts where amazing. Very each to communicate with. And the breakfast was awesome! Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Crawfish Festival

We rented this lil cottage for the crawfish festival. It was close to the fair grounds, but too far for us to walk, so we chose to drive. We were only there to sleep at night. There was no tv to watch at night while laying in bed. Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

What a gem!

This was an excellent choice for our Lafayette-area stay. Robbie Unfortunately, the circumstances (traveling to Lafayette for a medical procedure post-Ida) did not allow for a longer stay, but I hope to make a return trip soon! The yard and view was peaceful - the pool looked divine. Overlooks the bayou. This room was the perfect size for 2 people to stay and the bed was comfortable. Thanks, Robbie and Bryan!

Sweet getaway

Our stay was wonderful! The place overlooks a pool & Bayou Teche & has lots of nice, comfortable seating outside to enjoy the view. The bed was comfy & we had everything we needed. Breakfast was an extra treat, as I was not expecting it. Robbie’s delicious, homemade omelets & blueberry scones were better than we could have gotten at any restaurant! We also enjoyed chatting with the owners. They’re lovely people! Will be back!

Great stay!

We were expecting our first little one and decided to get away one more time as just the 2 of us. It was a prefect little weekend hideaway to forget about work and setting up the nursery and all the other stuff we had going on. The hosts were really sweet and made us breakfast every morning. They even made us a pillow with our daughters name when we told them why we were coming. They didn’t have to do that, but they went the extra mile and we appreciate it very much. The pool and the privacy was exactly what we needed.

Relaxing and quaint.

Robbie met us as soon as we pulled up. Robbie and I communicated a plan to surprise my wife for her 50th birthday and Robbie came through like a champion. She had the flowers ready the champagne ready the cake ready with my wife’s name on it not to mention the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Thank you so much Robbie for the wonderful weekend. Oh and forgot to mention the view of the Bayou is beautiful highly recommend staying at the little crawfish. Thanks for a great weekend

If you want a prompt response and easy going problem resolution.. DONT BOOK WITH THIS LOCATION!!! They dont reply to messages at all! I didnt stay ! I tried to cancel and they weren’t helpful with this process!

She never stayed at the property. She tried to cancel after the deadline and wasn’t happy with VRBO or us because she couldn’t get her money back trying to cancel one or two days prior to the reservation

DOG URINE ODOR

Beware! While the property is advertised as "no pets allowed," the owner has two dogs and a handful of cats. The room has a strong odor of old dog urine. Also, the two dogs were barking just on the other side of the door. While the property mentions "All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF," the comforter clearly was not as there was something dirty and crusty stuck to it. Additionally, the room is not able to be secured from the guest side. There are two doors which open from the house or exterior into the guest room, and those doors only lock from the outside. This left me feeling insecure and uncomfortable. The host wasn't particularly friendly and did not respond to my email with concerns for my 5-year old daughter's allergies and asthma in the room. We were left stranded having to find alternate lodging. The pool was cloudy and dirty. The only good thing I can say is that the outside is lovely: the patio, garden, and bayou view are nice.

This lady is not telling any true facts. She left without even telling us or talking to us at all. We have had many guest in this room with a rating of 5 all the time. Our units are clean and kept nice for guest. She did not communicate to us at all. She didn't tell us anything was wrong because there wasn't anything wrong. She wanted another person to come stay in the unit and I told her she just registered for her and her daughter. If she left we were not aware of it. She told me her daughter liked cats so I let her see my cat in fact she wanted her daughter to play with the cat and she did. Whatever the problem was it did not have to do with our vacation rental it had to do with something else we just got the blame. Just noted several missing items from the unit in which this person stayed.

Great place!

Great place to relax and enjoy the scenery! Bryan and Robbie were great communicators and responded quickly to any of our questions. The amenities listed were all there plus some!! The bedding was so comfy and bath was a bit small so 1 person at a time in it but had everything you could need. Loved the lavender soap locally made! The well equipment kitchen area was great. There was plenty of ice, coffee, tea, waters, etc. It was a few miles from downtown but not a problem for us. We were treated to a wonderful breakfast which was a nice touch!! Definitely plan to return!!

Cute and Cozy

This was a really cool place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful the property was. The room and bed was really comfortable too. My only complaint is the room smelled strong of animals. I do not have animals in my house and that was a turn off but other than that it was a great experience.
