Canthony's Cottage is a beautifully decorated, charming condo in Estancia on the 3rd floor! It has stairs or an elevator so anyone can stay and the floor plan is all one level. The minute you step in, you will love it. The living room is spacious with 3 leather sofas (2 are sofa sleepers). A lovely entertainment center holds your flat-screen TV and a fun fireplace to use. The kitchen is pristine and has knotty alder cupboards, granite countertops, and sleek stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas stove. The kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve your family meals. The dining room table is large and can seat up to 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. Just outside through sliding glass doors is a deck with seating and a grill for more cooking options. Enjoy the views and relax all year round outdoors here in St. George!

This home has a large master bedroom with a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and a nice full bathroom. The second bedroom is also large and has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed that the kids (big and small) can enjoy. This bedroom also has a TV. The main full bathroom is roomy and next to the 2nd bedroom. In the hall, you have a full washer and dryer for your use and convenience.

Estancia is located in St George directly in the ā€œGreen Valleyā€ area. Do you want a home with a pool view? Look no further than this condominium-style resort which includes a community swimming pool, hot tub, pickleball, and basketball courts! Great place for spring break getaway

We enjoyed our stay during spring break. The location is wonderful, the parking was great.. beds were really nice.. it was the perfect size for our family of six. They were able to spread out and not feel cramped since it swept 10.

Nice place to rest

Perfect size for our familyā€”parents stayed in the master and our 3 boys shared the other bedroom and bathroom. Had everything we needed, we loved the pool and pickle ball :) furnishings are nice. Only downside was water pressure was a little low in the shower, but thatā€™s not a big deal!

Great place!

There were two couples for our visit. The condo was very clean and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beds were really comfortable! The elevator didn't work when we arrived but it was fixed while we were there and the manager was quick to inform us of what was happening. We appreciated that! We'd rent here again for sure!

This was close to a five star stay. The property amenities were lovely. Four stars because the pillows are honestly atrocious. Bring your own pillows, be warned. The couches are also terribly uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

So fun!

The location of this particular condo was perfect for our family. We could see if people ckleball courts were available by peeking out our window. The heated pool is large and we never felt crowded. The kitchen had so many little extras: spices, garbage bags. We grilled. A fun location especially if you have mtn bikes.

Wonderful

We stayed for a short getaway. The condo is very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of extra pillows (we loved this) and blankets. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils needed. The beds are very soft...very very soft. We sleep on a firmer mattress so that was a little adjustment, but not a big deal at all. Even though there were a lot of people since it was Spring Break the condo was always very quiet. Our family loved staying here and will definitely stay again.

The place is pretty nice. We were in the area to visit Zion and Bryce national parks. Good amenities and nice neighborhood. One complication with the location though: we reached there in the middle of the night and figuring out which unit is ours took almost an hour. The 'W' in the address refers to the building number. Goolgle/other maps are not accurate for this address. Better to ask for a pin drop location.

Nice, clean.

Property was nice. A little frustrating that there were no local TV channels. Washer gave us issues and would not run spin cycle so we had soaking wet clothes and dryer would not dry them in time before our departure. We were also a bit surprised that we had to strip all the beds, empty the garbage and run the dishwasher before we left. What do we pay a cleaning fee for? Besides those few things, the place was sufficient for our needs and it was nice and clean.

Would happily return

Stayed here over spring break for 3 nights with our teen and 7 year old. Perfect for our family of 4. The pool, pickle ball court and basketball court were all in great condition and used by our family. The kitchen in the unit was great size and we enjoyed having it for meals. The location of the unit was convenient to restaurants, Snow Canyon, Gunlock reservoir, and downtown. We also enjoyed the beds and black out drapes in the bedrooms. My only word of caution is that since the bedrooms are near the basketball court sometimes people play ball well past dark and you can hear them talking loudly and the ball bouncing late. The noise from folks running up the stairs past the unit can also be loud at times. We would stay here again however.

Overall this is a great condo, great location, great resort. 3 small criticisms. 1. Whomever you all contract to do the cleaning did not clean well before our stay, particularly didn't vacuum. Found lots of crumbs and hair all around. Weren't too happy about that. 2. The mattress in the master is garbage. It is old and wore out and it sags in the middle really badly. 3. It says it sleeps 10 with the 2 pull out couches and I believe it could sleep that many. However, there is no bedding, sheets, blankets, etc. for the 2 pullouts so bring your own sheets if you are bringing extra folks.
