Dear Dena, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of the finca did not meet your expectations. We take your points seriously and have instructed the responsible persons to review their work. The finca is cleaned to hotel standards by an experienced cleaning company before each new stay, and the caretaker shows guests around the house. Normally, the windows are opened before guests' arrival, and a welcome package with an information folder is prepared. We apologize that this was not the case upon your arrival and have addressed this issue. The bedding and towels are of high quality. A tear in a bed sheet should not happen, and we have already taken action. The floor tiles in the bathrooms are original vintage tiles with a patina, which many guests appreciate. We ensure proper lighting on all stairways, and all light bulbs will be checked again. We are sorry about the unpleasant smell in one of the bathrooms, and a technician has been assigned to fix it. Throughout your stay, we communicated multiple times in a very friendly manner about other topics and possible activities in Mallorca. If you had raised your concerns earlier, we would have immediately worked on finding solutions to improve your stay. Fabulouse house - we are pleased that you enjoyed it so much and would have liked to extend it by another week. Unfortunately, the house had already been booked elsewhere in the meantime.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie in diesem Dezember Pech mit dem Wetter auf Mallorca hatten, es herrschte tatsächlich ein ungewöhnlicher Sturm kurz vor Weihnachten. Tatsächlich hatte ich Sie bei der Buchung schon darauf hingewiesen, dass es auch in Mallorca im Dezember mal ungemütlich werden kann. Wir weisen alle Gäste auf die richtige Handhabung von Fenstern und Türen hin. Die Finca hat antike Fenster und die Glasscheiben sind fachgerecht eingefasst. Wir hatten auch besprochen, dass wir von Ihrer Kaution von 300 Euro nur den Betrag einbehalten werden, der für die Reperatur erforderlich ist. Trotzdem freut es mich, dass Sie es in der Finca auch bei schlechtem Wetter genossen haben.
