Hi Katherine, We're very sorry you had this experience. We understand that you were concerned and upset about the juvenile cow that wandered onto the property during your stay, but we did our best to respond each time that you contacted us and a member of staff came and chased the cow from the property. You may have misinterpreted a laugh from one of the staff due to the absurdly of the situation as we do not have many cows on the island and that one of your group asked if it was okay to pet the cow. We also contacted the local agricultural department for assistance, but we were unable to take possession or removal the cow ourselves due to the local laws. The pool is serviced regularly and we were unaware that you had any issues during your stay. This was not communicated to us and if it had been we would have responded to right away had you mentioned it during your stay. We absolutely did not fly any drone over the property during your stay and would never attempt to conduct photoshoots during guest stays. We were never notified that you experience a drone flying over the villa at some point during your stay. Had this been communicated to us we would have certainly responded and attempted to find the pilot of the drone. I apologise that you left feeling dissatisfied. We responded promptly to the cow issue reported to us, but were unaware that you and any issue with the pool or a drone flying in the neighbourhood. Had we known we would have responded to assist.
