The third floor rooftop terrace with outdoor daybed is a perfect place to catch both sunrise and sunset as well as star-gazing (we have an incredible piece of sky for stars at night, a must see!!)

With the sliding doors open the indoor kitchen immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. Independently controlled ac units throughout so you can control the temperature independently in each bedroom.

State of the art contemporary kitchen with bar-style seating on the island as well as seating for 6 in the dining area giving you a total seating capacity of 9. A 45 inch 4k UHD LED TV with apple tv. The House has wifi with the best Internet speeds available on the island.

On the rooftop deck, the Glass railing will never obstruct views as it is literally all floating glass with no banisters or pilings. The Beach for Sing a Song Villa is private so you will not have to deal with the crowds you see on the resort sides of the island like long bay and grace bay beaches. It is equipped with Beachbeds with Kingsize Mattresses, Beach Chairs, Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Beach Volleyball and also a Life-sized game of Beach Chess!

There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Villa I and II which you can also rent together at a higher nightly rate. However, If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts.

If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days. This is what we feel is the best-kept secret in beaches on the island, superior to even grace bay. If you want quiet, private and to still be close enough to the happening spots this will be the perfect home for you.
