Enjoy an affordable beach getaway in this studio on the second floor which sleeps 4. The cozy kitchen includes all appliances, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishes, and utensils you need to enjoy your stay worry-free (Does Not have a dishwasher*). Wooden fish hang around and playfully decorate the room. Outside the kitchen, a full dining table seats 4 for a nice meal or game of cards, with plenty of natural light coming in the windows. A grey overstuffed couch is a comfy place to lounge and watch the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A coffee table and end table give you plenty of space. Two full-sized beds await you in the sleeping area. The nightstand has two lamps, so you don't disturb your roommates. The full bathroom has a separate tub/shower and stool, so everyone can get ready at once. There is extra counter space next to the sink, too. Everything is conveniently within reach. Amenities include blow-dryer, TV, Wi-Fi, access to BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools.

Location is great. But unit not so much

The pictures are quite deceiving as it looks pretty cute online. Once you get in thereā€™s mold in several locations ceiling tiles falling down. The linens werenā€™t the best. No mattress pads on the beds. Beds were noisy when you moved. Entry door had been kicked in at some point and wasnā€™t a very secure. We did report as soon as we entered the unit. It was less than an hour when maintenance came out to do a temporary repair over the temporary repair that is already been done to it. Old and outdated. We only stay for two nights. I have several pictures that I took of dilapidated and corroded items. Iā€™ve stayed at this location before but in a different unit and was very satisfied at the other unit. Iā€™m not sure about everyone else but when I go on vacation I want to have my living conditions to be at least equal to my home. I could go on and on but I wonā€™t. Donā€™t rent unit 20

I brought my daughter and her friends to the beach for the weekend to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday! It was the perfect location. They had so much fun. Would definitely recommend! Julie

Served itā€™s purpose

The condo needs a makeover. Itā€™s old & carpet was stained. Bathroom & kitchen were clean. Didnā€™t cook & not sure if I would want to. We showered & spent our time at the beach or the pool which served its purpose.

For the amount of money charged the unit smelled musty ceiling tiles missing corroded hardware fixtures in bathroom. Mildew in bathroom. Stains on carpet and carpet.

Miss the ball

The location of the property was wonderful as well as the access to the beach. However, I wasnā€™t informed until after booking my reservation that I was unable to move the ac setting( set at 74) during the day that wasnā€™t acceptable when coming in from the hot sun. Also the fact that there was mold on the corner of the of the ceiling titles was also unacceptable since I was notified to make sure that none of the linens could be damage (not that I would do that) but the fact the place had mold and wasnā€™t clean linens should the be the last thing on your mind. Also the fan that was place there for use was dirty and serve no purpose because no air wasnā€™t blowing.

Needs repairs and cleaning

The property would be a great property for a short stay due to location, however when we arrived there was black mold in the air vents, on the ceiling tiles, and bathroom. Our window was also broken and the blinds would not go down, however the rental property was quick to send staff out and temporarily find a way to close the window and pull down the blinds. The black mold is a bit concerning and Iā€™m shocked we were the first to report it. I believe the staff from the rental property has contacted the owner so hopefully that will be resolved soon bc it is located in a great area for the beach.

Great weekend get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was clean and neat. Didnā€™t even mind the older aspects of the unit, due to the great water view from the unit.
