Welcome to The Windsor Dream!

Thank you! Your family was wonderful to work with! We hope you can visit again soon!

Wow! Thank you for such a lovely review. We really appreciate it. We're so happy the kids enjoyed our pool and our private arcade. We are big believers that when the kids have a lot of options to keep them busy, the parents can finally relax! Your family was a joy to work with, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Thanks Jason! We're glad everyone had a great time. We hope you can visit again soon! Bill and Donna

Dear Mark & Family, We're happy everyone had a great time in our home! Your kids were the perfect age to enjoy our new professional arcade room. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Bill & Donna

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear that The Windsor Dream was a great fit for your family and that you enjoyed both our private pool and the resort amenities. We’re also glad our brand new professional arcade room added some extra fun during your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on your next visit to Disney!

Thank you!! We really appreciate you taking the time to leave your review. Thanks for mentioning the privacy of our pool area with no direct rear neighbors. There are hundreds of homes in Windsor Hills, but most of them back up to another pool about 15 feet away. The relative privacy of our backyard was one of the main reasons we bought this particular home. We hope you can visit again soon!

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your Five Star review of The Windsor Dream! We really appreciate it! We're so happy you and your family had a great time. We hope you can visit again soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear David, Thank you for your Five Star review! We love it when families find our home to be perfect! We hope you and your family can visit again soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear Ashley, Thank you for your wonderful review of The Windsor Dream!! We're happy that everyone had a great time. Thank you for mentioning our "excellent pool". It's amazing how families can be swimming and having a great time - even in January!! We try to keep our pool at 85-88 degrees year round (weather permitting) so everyone can enjoy the water. We have a separate setting for our hot tub, so that can get up to 104 degrees. We also appreciate you mentioning how clean our home was. Our cleaners have really stepped it up in this "covid-age" and it is heartwarming when their efforts are recognized. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a kind review. We really appreciate it! We try to provide as much information (or as little information) as guests prefer during their stay. Some families check in with us every day for the best places to eat that evening, and some families only say hello when they first arrive and then we never hear from them - haha. We are always available for as much or as little information as needed. We also have a guest app that we provide to all families free of charge that has a ton of details about our home and the surrounding area, so that helps too. Thank you for mentioning our pool! You visited during one of the coldest periods on record in Florida, and on most days our pool heater was able to keep up just fine. We installed a new heater a few years ago that is much more powerful than the original builder's model that many homes are still using. Also, our private spa can get up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit, so that is a nice treat too. We hope you can visit again soon!

Dear Vickie & Family, Thank you for your five-star review of The Windsor Dream. We’re glad everyone had such a great time – especially the grandchildren! We hope you can visit again soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear Kyle & Family, Thank you for your Five Star review! We’re glad you had a great time. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear Christie, Thank you for your Five Star review of The Windsor Dream! We love it when our guests describe our home as "very clean!" Our cleaners have a tough job to do, and they are very good at it, so it is wonderful when guests notice their hard work! We also appreciate you mentioning how much sun was on our pool. Unless families are traveling in the peak summer months, I think a south-facing pool is a necessity (although we have a biased opinion - haha!) We look forward to welcoming you back next year!! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear Ken & Family, Thank you for your review! We're glad the pool and spa area was a big hit with your family. It is our favorite place when we visit. Until someone has spent time in Windsor Hills it is tough to visualize how great it is not having any rear neighbors when you want to relax by the pool. We're glad everyone had fun and we hope you can visit again soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're happy everyone had a great time, despite the arctic cold spell that hit Florida for a few days. Thank you for reminding guests about our starter supplies, that's very helpful. We provide some complimentary Keurig coffee pods, 1-2 traditional coffee filters, starter bath soaps, shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, 5 rolls of toilet paper, and a trash bag, so families do not have to worry about shopping for their first couple of days, but those supplies won't last an entire week. We're glad the kids enjoyed the pool and our private arcade room! We hope you can visit again soon!

Dear Linda, Thank you for leaving your review - it is very much appreciated! We're so happy you found our home to be a lovely choice for your vacation. Your family was a joy to host, and we hope you'll return again soon. Best wishes for a wonderful New Year! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear Tiffannie, Your family was wonderful to work with. Thank you for your Five Star Review! We hope you can stay longer on your next visit! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear Mari-Elena & Friends, We are so happy you selected our home for your reunion with your friends. We have a great location close to the Amway Center where the concert was held (we go there often for Orlando Magic NBA games). We're glad you enjoyed our pool and hot tub. That's our favorite place to spend the afternoons. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear Vitaliy & Family, Thank you for your great five star review of The Windsor Dream. We really appreciate it! Since you have stayed in many vacation homes before, your endorsement of “the best hosts you have ever had” means so much to us. Thank you!! Hopefully your kind words will be helpful to future families trying to decide between the thousands of different vacation homes to choose from in the Orlando area. We hope you can visit again soon! Bill and Donna

Dear Shanecia, Thank you for your Five Star review! We're so happy you selected our home for your "girls weekend". Thank you for mentioning that our home looked just like our photos. That is so important, as there are some homes in Windsor Hills using photos from 10 years ago! haha. Thanks for being a great group to work with, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear Danielle & Family, You're family was great! Thank you for your Five Star review of The Windsor Dream. We're happy everyone had such a great time and we look forward to seeing you again next year! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear Dana and Family, Thank you so much for your Five Star review. We really appreciate it! We're so thankful you selected our home for your holiday getaway. We're glad your family got to try out the new Water Park at Windsor Hills. We are one of the closest homes to the Water Park, so it's great being able to make the short walk to the park and not have to drive. Thank you for being such a great family to work with, and we hope you'll be able to visit again soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Dear Lauren & Family, Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so happy everyone had a great time! We're happy you enjoyed the pool and hot tub. That's one of our favorite features of our home. We installed a new pool heater a few years ago that keeps our pool very warm - even in the fall and winter months. It's great you were able to enjoy them. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family
