** Use of the Resort Amenities is not included with your rent, and there will be a one-time additional cost due to the resort IF you would like to access them. Pricing will be shared at check-in.

** The Solterra Resort Main Pool, Water Slide, Spa, Pool Deck, Cabanas, and Cafe Sol Patio will be closed starting on September 22, 2026, for renovations. The Solterra HOA is managing and completing these renovations, and they do not affect the amenities available at this private residence.

** The resort limits the number of vehicles to 5 (five) per reservation, and there are no exceptions.

** Because this is a gated resort, the drivers of all vehicles must be registered with our team before check-in

** Pool heat is an optional amenity that is offered during the cooler months (typically October through March). Please enquire with our team regarding pricing and availability. 24 Hour Notice is required.
