We are 1 mile to the Lake Arrowhead Outdoor Clubhouse pool,(open Memorial Day to Labor Day) bar, basketball courts & tennis courts. Lake Arrowhead has two 18 hole golf courses—both rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest. They offer full menus for breakfast ,lunch & dinner. Sand Valley Golf Course is just 2 miles away & was named #1 new public golf course in 2017 for (Sand Valley) & 2018 for (Mammoth Dunes) as well as short course (Sandbox). They offer free public hiking trails around Sand Valley with a spectacular view from Craig’s Porch. We are about 5 miles from The Chalet pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, & archery. The four area beaches offer fishing and boating fun. Our home is great for golfers, families, fisherman.
The home has plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. All bedrooms and baths have all linen and towels provided. Master bedroom has king size bed, master closet, master bathroom, TV & access to outside deck. Second bathroom on main floor is a full bath with shower. Second bedroom has king bed & TV. Third bedroom downstairs has 2 queen beds. The fourth bedroom down stairs has a double bed & a trundle bed. Bathroom downstairs is a full bathroom.
Both living room and family room have large screen tv’s with cable.
The living room opens up to a dual level deck with furniture, gas grill and picnic table. The yard overlooks the 2nd green on Pines Golf Course. The game room has a wet bar, popcorn machine, coffee maker & small fridge. Their is a foosball table, kids play area with toys, and TV. The couch downstairs converts to a queen bed if needed and lower lever walks out to a lounge area, play area, fire pit.
The kitchen offers an electric range, refer, dishwasher, microwave, keuring coffee maker, toaster and wine fridge. The open concept dining area has a table that can expand to 10-12 people. Their is also a first floor laundry with washer and dryer & detergents.
An attached 2 stall garage is available for guests with 1 parking spot inside and plenty of parking outside.
We also have a pack and play & stroller available for any little ones just need to let us know.
