A beautiful 4 bedroom townhome featuring a private pool and is a 1 minute walk from the beach. The property features outside security cameras monitoring the entrance driveway and over the pool area for the safety, security and piece of mind of our guests. The inside of the property features an updated kitchen with numerous aminities provided, dining, living area, 1/2 bath and bedroom on the first floor. A Master en suite with balcony over looking the pool; two spacious and comfortable sized bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom between them, are located on the 2nd floor. There are washers and dryers upstairs and in the garage area. For convenience, a second refrigerator is in the garage. The interior of the home has been updated and well cared for. The furnishings are of great quality and have a nice coastal vibe! The Dollar General Store and Blackbeard's Restaurant are within walking distance. The Blue Marlin grocery store is a 4/5 minute drive from the property.

Annual family vacay

This was our 3rd time staying at this amazing home. It’s perfectly appointed with everything you may need. The walk to the beach is super easy and the pool at the end of a long day at the beach is so relaxing!

Annual SPI trip

We travel every year for a week to SPI we have family in the valley and over the past 20 years we have stayed just about everywhere. This place is hands down the best we have ever stayed in. Great location to beach and well maintained!!

Excellent property!

Beautiful property with only a short walk to the beach. The house was very clean, comfortable, and extremely well supplied. Jennifer, the host, was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We hope to return again soon!

Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen was fully equipped for whatever you would like to make. Jennifer was the absolute best and was so helpful with all the information the she provided. I wish every VRBO property was like this one! I could go on & on with all the wonderful things this vacation and property did for our family. Thank you does seem like enough. I hope we can make it back some day to enjoy again with our crazy schedules. I would not look anywhere else & book this property!!

Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful vacation and we really enjoyed our stay here! Our family plus our dogs had a fantastic vacation in this beautiful home. The setting was peaceful, clean and relaxing. The home was well kept and very spacious. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful!!!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need on your island vacation! The rooms are spacious, the pool is refreshing, and it has all the things you need for fun on the beach. Our family loved our time in SPI and would highly recommend this property and hosts.

Exactly What We Wanted

You always hold your breath when you get to a property/stay, but this one was exactly what it claimed to be. The owner was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and the entire process was a breeze. Short walking distance to the beach, and the house was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place for a family vacation

We loved our stay on this property. We had 7 adults and 5 children ages 6 to 14 and there was ample space for all of us. Clean and plenty of towels and beach toys to enjoy also. The beach is beautiful and less than a 5 minute walk from the house which also had a nice pool that we enjoyed. Plenty a great places to eat in the area and a lot less crowded than Florida. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Vacation

South Padre Island Mars Condo

This was a fantastic home. Tremendously equipped, clean and all of the amenities needed and more. Short walk to the beach, beautiful pool and great overall location. Jennifer is a great host and made sure that we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Of all of our visits to SPI, this was by far the best accommodations we have enjoyed. Best rental we have ever had!!

The host communicated early and greeted us with open arms!! If you are planning a trip to South Padre, I would highly suggest this property. It was home away from home. Close to public beach access so you do not need to worry about fining parking. Everything you will need to enjoy your vacation is here! Thank you to our host for making this the best experience ever!!!!! We look forward to renting this property again and again!!!

2022 Family Vacation

Perfection!

This house has it all! There wasn't a single thing that I would change. Jennifer has thought of it all and made our stay amazing. The location to the beach is perfect and easy to get to. The kitchen is fully equipped to include spare rubbermaids for leftovers! Like I said, she has thought of everything!

Short but sweet

This was exactly what our family needed. A quick getaway that included no surprises, super organized/clean place, great layout for entertaining and sleeping 6-10 easily. The pool in the back is a great size for a nice refreshing experience. Easy to understand/seamless check-in/out process. Beach is right there. The property also had all the things you could need on the premises for the kitchen, games for indoor fun, etc. As soon as we left, we talked about booking again.

Family beach gateway June 2022

We stayed at this beautiful property for a week, it was amazing. The house has everything you have at home and then some. Jennifer was an awesome host and helped us with anything we needed. Rental is located 5 min walk from the beach and decorated beautifully, which gives you that beach home feeling. Pool is a huge bonus for all and beds were clean and comfortable. Hi! We are the Stouts, Randy and Jennifer. We are from Denton, Texas; generation Texans. Both of our families have lived in Texas for over a 100 years to the present. We have been coming to SPI for years with our twin boys. Decided to retire here, open up a rental for families to enjoy.
