Small resort feel, ultimate family retreat, heated private pool can be turned on for an additional fee, custom mosaics, play volleyball or swim in the pool, or relax in hot tub. All surrounded by privacy fence, many palm trees and lush tropical flowering landscaping.

SPI is a 34 mile stretch of sandy beaches and has glorious sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy soaking up the sun on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Or you can enjoy the gorgeous South Padre weather lounging around our private pool (serviced 2x a week) and hot tub spa amongst the tropical lush green garden. We strive to meet the highest standards for our guest's comfort and to meet all of your vacation expectations during your stay in our family's private luxury ocean view home on the island as we enjoy the same with your family and friends.

Enjoy the best weather of the year here on South Padre Island during the months of September, October, November, & December. The water is much clearer and aqua blue, with the sand and crisp clean air. The Island is less crowded with many events to attend and the temperature ranges in the 70's-80's.

The Metro shuttle service stops in front of Dos Suenos. There is room to park 3 to 4 cars and plenty of street parking.
