4BR-2 King Masters, Roku, WiFi, Private Pool and Spa

Look no further. This Disney pool home is Bright, Clean, and Spacious. Its split floor plan offers everyone lots of privacy. As you walk in through the door, to the Left is a large fully stocked kitchen and a dining room (just bring the groceries and spices). To the Right are two twin bedrooms and a full-size family bathroom with a shower/tub.
In the middle of the house is a large family room with lots of natural light and a sliding door leading to the pool deck. New Sleeper Sofa with a Queen Memory Foam mattress is available for extra guests (up to 2, max 10 for the house).
On the back (right) of the house is a Large King Size Bedroom with a Private Bathroom. This Master bedroom has ROKU Apps and Ceiling Fan; it overlooks the pool. The bathroom can be accessed through the living room, or you can close the door and have privacy. Across that bathroom is a door leading to the pool deck.
To the left of the house are a Large King Size Master Bedroom with a Walk-In Closet, TV with ROKU Apps, a Ceiling fan, and a private bathroom. We placed a desk and chair in case you’re taking school or work on the go :) (not shown on the photos)
The private bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and garden bath; and walk out to the pool deck.
The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to host a family dinner, just bring spices and groceries.
The breakfast bar overlooks a family room with cathedral ceilings.
The family room has a Sleeper Sofa (queen) and Love Seat, Large ROKU LED TV, and sliding doors leading to the pool deck.
The private pool is SW facing, Fully Screened in and with the fence on the back. The covered patio has a table with chairs.

Pool and spa heating is available for an extra cost. Spa can be heated separately, but during the cost seasons, it’s recommended to have the pool heated too. Email for the prices. Must be ordered in advance and for the duration of the stay.
Pets are considered - fees/restrictions apply.
Note. Vacation homes are self-catering; we do not provide laundry detergent for personal use, or an unlimited supply of paper products. One roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom. Paper towels, Coffee, oil, spices, food/groceries, unlimited trash bags, water - are not provided.
DO NOT use any chemicals, or sponges (not even Mr. Clean) on the new cabinets.

- Vacation Homes CANNOT be used for Party Hosting or Large Gatherings (including daytime visitors) exceeding the Maximum Occupancy of the home which is clearly stated online. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in guests being vacated form the home by the Police, rental income will not be refunded, and the deposit will be lost as well.

IMPORTANT: All residents are responsible for following trash and recycling rules of the community. Detailed information in the house manual, and in the house. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a fine. Guests must provide a copy of their government issued ID that matches the payment method used to make a reservation. If the name on the payment and the reservation does not match, ID of the other person must be provided otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
