BBQ Grill available upon request, cost is $75/week. The grill gets professionally cleaned after each stay. And it come w 1 full tank of gas.

Pool heating is optional for $30/day, 3 days minimum with 24 hours advance written notice!

Great stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Orlando. This home is in a good location to get to the theme parks relatively quickly and it fit our big family comfortably! Communication with the host was quick and excellent.

Relaxing family getaway

Our family went had a wonderful time staying and the house at Candy Palms. The house was spacious, well appointed and conveniently located close to the amusement parks.. The resort pool was really nice also and a good place to hang out a short walk away from the house.

Perfect place to stay with family!

Great stay at Candy Palm. Beautiful home, well equipped, and owners are very responsive. Pool and amenities were amazing. Property just short ride to parks and attractions. Highly recommend will come back in the future!

Nice home with big gathering spaces.

We had a few families staying together and this property worked well for us. The large kitchen and great room were perfect for us to sit together and visit. Having many rooms and bathroom made it comfortable for a large group.

Beautiful House

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was very comfortable. There were a few minor issues with checkin and supplies, but the managers were quick to resolve. One of the nicest houses we have stayed in.

Exactly what we wanted

This place was the perfect location for our trip to Disney and Universal. Also, we got to enjoy the trip with our dog, and I felt super comfortable walking him early in the morning because the steets are well lit. The neighborhood felt super secure and the house itself was very comfortable.

Couldn’t ask for more!

Very clean, and lovely home. If you are planning to spend any time at Disney, you can’t ask for a better location. The host was so kind, and accommodating on a special request we made. We couldn’t of asked for more in a rental.

Absolutely enjoyed our Christmas stay. The house was very nice and accommodated my family of 11 comfortably. Communication was not an issue and the host was always polite and responded in a timely manner. The property was located in close proximity to anything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect house for our Disney Week!!!!

This house was perfect! The location is everything. We were 15-20 min drive to all the Parks. The community is so nice with a beautiful pool that has a water slide and two hot tubs for the tired feet after full days at the Parks. There was a movie Cinema which was wonderful on our rest day and a nice Arcade room. The kids 8yrs and 5yrs had a blast. The beds were all very comfo

Family Disney Trip

Our stay was great, we were close proximity to the Disney parks which was a plus. Didnt take advantage of the resort pool as it was very crowded so the fact that we had an in- house pool, this was convinent ans did spend some time there. Communication with Kasie was easy and was very open to feedback. Overall our family of 8 had an amazing time, will definitely come back again! Thanks again for sharing your home!!!

Great trip to Orlando

Just home from a week at Candy Palms with the family and we had a fantastic time! The property was absolutely brilliant - so spacious and with all the facilities we needed including well stocked kitchen and cot/ high chair for our little one. We decided not to pay the extra for the private pool to be heated as we spent a lot of our time at the Disney resorts, but the pool area at the back looked lovely and inviting. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and spacious, and the living areas all had plenty of space too. The owners were fantastic at answering all our queries promptly, and the welcome package was really well received. Overall a great property that we would recommend to our friends and family!

Really spacious. Very nice. Agent was awesome.

House was great. Pool house, theater, games very nice for teens. Guests that stayed on the right of the house were gone all day, then came home at around 10 and stayed up until 2-4 AM and were in the pool. Extremely loud and noisy. Many kids. Let it slide all week until Friday night. Then we needed sleep. This was just rude on their part.

CANDY PALM

We stayed at Candy Palm and LOVED it! Upon arriving at the property the gated entrance and staff were amazing and very helpful to get us set up with our scan card for the gate. When we entered the home, it was beautiful…but very hot (for us). I messaged the owner and was immediately contacted and the air conditioning adjusted for us. The owners are so nice and helpful. The house is exactly as it is pictured. Convenient to Disney (about 10 minutes with low traffic-15-20 with traffic). It is about 20-25 minutes to Universal. In the community, there is a club house with a heated pool, arcade, cinema, and a bar/restaurant with amazing drinks and fantastic food. We ate at the restaurant multiple times and everything was delicious. Another huge bonus was the daily trash pick up by the community. All we had to do was take the trash out in the morning and someone would come by and pick it up from the house bin. We have stayed in several gated communities in the Orlando area and this was by far the best! We will definitely stay at Candy Palm again in the future!

The location of this renovated property allows you to explore the theme parks mere minutes away from the doorstep or opt for a beach day (Cocoa Beach) about an hour out.

Wifi throughout the entire property. It's perfect for work from home setting.
The screened private pool is perfect when you need a break from the theme park attractions and roller coasters. Or you can walk to the gorgeous community pool, go dip in hot tub, and order an alfresco brunch at the Tiki bar. With no neighbor behind the lanai, this serene outdoor space provides plenty of privacy.

The Open plan Kitchen and Dining are available for you to relax and fuel up for another day at Disney. First, choose your morning cup of coffee. Then, prepare and enjoy a hearty breakfast, lunch, or dinner with the help of a fully stocked kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen includes a toaster, essential pots and pans! Eat inside in the formal dining area or breakfast bar or outside on the patio furniture with enough dinnerware for everyone.

Other amenities include - Large capacity washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Crib and Highchair, driveway/street parking for 3 vehicles (2 fits in driveway, 1 street parking) and more.
