Flor is a cozy house with a saltwater swimming pool measuring 6m x 4m located a few meters from Muro beach near the port of Alcudia. The exterior area of this house has a covered terrace with a large dining table where you can eat outdoors. Here you can enjoy breakfast, barbecue at night, or pleasant moments with family or friends. The pool, equipped with comfortable sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, also has a mobile child barrier, for the little ones if necessary.



The house, which has two floors, has a small kitchen on the ground floor with access to the terrace and pool area, equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, sink, microwave, and countertop for greater comfort.

On the lower floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom and on the upper floor there are 2 other bedrooms and another bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other has single beds. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything necessary for great comfort. The living room with terrace and a beautiful view of the lake to the right of the house will make your vacation an unbeatable stay.

Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, tolle Lage in nur ein paar Schritten ist man am schönen Strand von Alcudia. Zum Empfang stand eine super schöne Früchteschale in der Küche. Mitte der Woche besuchte uns die symphatische Eigentümerin kurz mit einem sehr feinen Ensaimada (traditioneller Kuchen). Da fällt mir nichts ein..

Really gorgeous traditional villa, furnished with everything you need

Very quiet but within easy walking distance to a couple of bars and lots of nice restaurants. Muro beach is a quieter area and for our family this was perfect. However you could walk into the ‘strip’ part of Alcudia in 20ish minutes. The villa owners were a lovely family and welcomed us with gifts of beers, wine, fruit and cake. They even set up a slide for our daughter to use in the pool! If you stay here you must visit L’Espicerie, an artisan cafe 5 mins walk away next door to the big supermarket. There is a large lake next to the villa which was picturesque - mozzie repellant is a must! There are also 2 tennis courts at the front so you can sit on the balcony and watch people play tennis, which we found relaxing.

Vi havde en rigtig god uge på Mallorca.

Huset ligger dejlig central til indkøb, bager, boder og stranden. Går man ud mod Can Picafort kommer der en del flere restauranter. Den ene aircondition drillede os lidt. Værten kom med kage og fiksede aircondition uden problem. Huset er pænt og rent. Dejlig pool område, til både børn og voksne.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming villa!

The pool was the highlight of our vacation - sparkling clean and perfectly maintained. The accommodation was immaculate, with plenty of towels for showers and poolside lounging. We appreciated the fenced-off pool area, which gave us peace of mind with our little ones. The kitchen was well-equipped, although it could do with a bit of an update. We did find the kettle to be on the smaller side, especially when making baby bottles. The villa's shaded areas around the pool were a welcome respite from the sun. And the location was perfect - just a short 5-minute stroll to the best deli/coffee shop and supermarket, and a 10-minute walk to a lovely restaurant on the beach. But what really made our stay special was the warm hospitality from the owner. She brought us a delicious traditional Mallorcan pastry one morning, which was a lovely touch and made us feel right at h

We had a wonderful time!

We spent one week at the appartement with 6 adults and 3 small kids. There rooms were big enough and the whole apartement was well equiped with safety measures (gates) for small children. We enjoyed the pool and the veranda and our kids loved to play on the small slide in the backyard.

We had a great stay in Alcudia.

The accomodation is in a perfect location - quiet but close to the beach, cafe and supermarket. Very safe for children and lot of different areas to each both inside and outside. We would definitely stay again when we return to Mallorca.

Tolles Haus in super Lage!

Ein tolles Haus mit Pool in bester Lage. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Neben dem Haus ist ein großer See. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir einen riesigen Teller mit Obst auf dem Tisch stehen. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zudem war es sehr sauber. Die Besitzer des Hauses waren einmal da und haben uns ein riesiges Gebäck mitgebracht. Einfach toll!

Wonderful place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is very private with no overlooking except another holiday property semi-detached to this one. There is ample parking for 3 cars on the drive and more on the street outside. It's a very quiet and private street despite being so close to everything. a 5star wonderful coffee shop (L'epicerie) and a supermarket (Eroski) just a 1 minute walk away, beautiful beach a 3 minute walk away and various cafes/restaurants. The hosts were lovely and visited us on the first day as their app showed the wifi wasn't working (we hadn't noticed this yet!), they also dropped in a lovely homemade Mallorcan cake for us to enjoy. The house was perfect for a young family with a stairgate and pool gates. Highly recommend this place for a lovely family holiday, thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you very much. It would have been useful for foreign visitors to know how the bins work in Mallorca (that they need to go to street bins) as we only knew this from a friend who lives there and were unsure where to put the bins to start with. There was also some towels still in the laundry basket in the bathroom from the previous guests which I guess were forgotten on the clean but this really wasn't a problem as there were plenty of towels for us to use :) Thank you for a lovely stay. We would love to come back!

We had a great week and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely family holiday and could relax as the extra toddler equipment (stair gate, pool gate, slide, travel cot with duvet) meant our youngest was safe and comfortable. The owners popped over mid week with a delicious pastry and were friendly and welcoming. Great House in good location

Location was good, walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants and groceries. House was private, super clean and nice pool and outside sitting areas. Kitchen fully equipped and all things we needed were provided in the house. Owner was amazing. We were received with a huge basket of delicious fruits and got a delicious pastry later on in the week. Managing agency was super responsive for small items we encountered, also made recommendations for local transportation.

A home from home

This was our third stay at Casa Flor. The location is certainly one reason to return every year. The addition of a small second lounge downstairs, with large TV is a big plus. As always the villa scores highly for cleanliness. Close proximity to the beach and the many restaurants in Playa de Muro is also a big plus. There is very little which needs improving but the provision of a pool table would great. This could be situated undercover, to the side of the garage.

A lovely villa in a very convenient location

The rooms are spacious and the overall layout of the property was nice. You can relax around the pool area and have evening meals outside (either at the frontback of the house) - it had a nice BBQ area to use as well. The pool is clean and well maintained, the Kitchen was clean and well furnished and the beds were comfortable. We were really happy with the Villa. It is also in a nice location, very close to a convenient bus stop. We didn't need to hire a car just took a bus direct from airport (approx 1h15min) and then we used buses most days to get into the main alcudia port, the old town and also further afield down into Agulla. There is a really nice beach and good shops and restaurants within walking distance too. The villa owner was very friendly and dropped by one morning with a local delicacy to share with us. Overall a 5* stay - loved it!
