Welcome to our beautifully appointed first-floor end unit condo, professionally decorated to provide a clean and inviting space for your stay. The property is ideally situated just 1.5 miles from the stunning Pass-a-Grille Beach, allowing you to easily indulge in the sun, sand, and surf. With high-speed WiFi, a screened porch, and a shared pool, this condo is the perfect retreat for your beach getaway.
Our condo is across the street from Maximo Marina on Boca Ciega Bay where you can walk and see yachts, water and beautiful homes. The Pinallas county trail is right outside the porch door for walking or biking. Brand new AC so keep cool in the summer. Swimming pool just updated. condo professionally decorated. I'm a native Floridian so I tried to think of everything for a beach house. There are beach chairs, towels, cooler and other goodies. Our home is clean, bright and comfortable. We have hosted many families, many attending nearby campuses. The ground floor end unit is about 10 steps from our assigned parking spot to the front door. We use a keyless system and will send door code close to visit. The primary bedroom is very large with walk-in tile shower, king size cozy bed with nice bedding. and black out shades. The guest room has two twin beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. The guest room also has blackout blinds. I love to cook and eat healthy, so the kitchen is well stocked. with ample dishes, glasses, pans, pots, cookie sheets, everything. The kitchen also has paper products, coffee, sugar, flour, oil and spices. The living area is large with very comfortable couch, love seat and a 2 comfortable modern chairs. The screen porch is my favorite place to have coffee, or watch the sunset in the evening. Both bedrooms have TV's, ceiling fans and blackout shades. I also use green cleaning products in the home and NO AIR FRESHENERS or strong scented laundry items. We don't have to coverup anything and prefer not to be exposed to toxic chemicals.
The condo is located close to downtown, the Pier, Central Avenue, the beach, The Don Cesear, Pass-a-grille, and Fort DeSoto State park. The Broadwater neighborhood it's a beautiful area to walk or bike through. The pool area has lounge chairs and a gas grill there is also a community room. Just hang out and let the kids swim while you lounge or grill out. We supply beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels too. Within walking distance: Publix, Walmart, IHOP, Berlin Doener, Italian also there is a nice restaurants at the marina, with a fun outside tiki bar overlooking marina. A secret gem is Clam Bayou a nature preserve 1 mile away it has a beautiful walking paths it's a wonderful place to watch a sunset over Boca Ciega Bay. There is also a kayak launch and fishing pier in Clam Boyou The beaches including the "pink elephant" or Don Ceasar is 1.5 miles away, over the bridge, or go to pass-a-grill beach or Treasure Island you pick. Eckerd college is 2 miles away and the beautiful Fort De Soto State Park is 9 miles away. The Dali Museum is 5 miles away and so is Southern University of Florida St. Pete. Downtown St Petersburg is really close so if you want the shop, hit some fun bars, go to the farmers market and visit the new AMAZING pier it's a quick 15 minute drive or cheap urber. So much to see and do I love Florida and our homey Happy Place. Denise, Luby and Delaney!
