We had a wonderful time staying at your beautiful home. The location was amazing, with an incredible view of the second green on the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. Thank you for allowing us to stay there. We look forward to our return visit.

Wonderful family property exactly as advertised

We loved this property for our family of 7. It was exactly as listed, and the host is wonderful to work with. The home is well equipped with features that appeal to everyone of all ages. We will definitely book again.

Family oriented House!

Beautiful house, bedrooms excellent layout perfect. No hot water first night resolved late that night. Would highly recommend and would stay sgain! Fantastic with families with kids.

Exceeded expectations

The place appears to be brand new and the pictures donā€™t do it justice. Itā€™s loaded with everything you need for a fun filled family vacation. My kids loved the themed bedrooms, the theatre room, and the games. You wonā€™t be disappointed with this place.

We love this place!

My family and I have visited this property twice, each for a Disney trip with our extended family. We absolutely love the location and spaciousness of the house. There is enough room for multiple families to stay in the house comfortably without feeling on top of each other, and Christy is a fantastic host! The pool and home theatre are our favorite touches, but everything about the house and Reunion are amazing!! Thanks, Christy, I'm sure we will be back!

Beautiful home with extras

We brought our two grown children, their spouses and our only grandchild and everyone had something to do. The water park & lazy river was a plus. We had to call about pool pump not filtering, and concierge was there in less than an hour. Home is close to all Orlando attractions. Restaurants are everywhere! We enjoyed visiting the winery that is not too far away. Your whole family will love this place!

Great stay

The house overall was wonderful. Only drawback was the garage doors in the listing elude that there is a garage. The garage was the entertainment room. We were there for an event that we were counting on having garage storage but we made the best of it. We paid for the additional heat for the pool and hot tub which was an added bonus. Water park in the community was also a hit for the kids and the adults on the off days of our convention. Would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Overall great property for big party

Property is great overall - spacious, clean, excellent movie room, amazing kid rooms, included resort pass, included pool towels, hot tub was hot, and Jeeves is a great property mgmt company which the owners use. Just a couple reasons why I rated 4 instead of 5: - front door lock was very difficult and confusing to use. Many folks in our party had a hard time understanding how to unlock the door bc it seemed to be several steps after entering code and it didnā€™t work consistently. - you had to run the water a very long time (like several mins) in the shower before hot water came. Hot water stayed most of the time but a couple folks said it would come and go. - water pressure in the showers is quite light. - outdoor area could have been cleaner when we arrived: broken glass in the bushes, empty aluminum can in the pool, empty water bottle under the table. - movie room chairs initially didnā€™t work. We had to figure out how to wire them together for power. After that, they worked great. - not many hand towels throughout the house in kitchen and bathrooms

Spacious family home close to Disney

I took my family of 10 to Disney the week before Christmas and this home was in a great location, close to Disney. The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Like many other reviewers mentioned, it is lacking even basic spices or common household items such as cookie sheets, but there were more than ample flatware and dishes. Once the heat was turned on for the pool and hot tub, both were a welcome treat at then end of long days walking. Comfortable beds and big bathrooms and showers made for a very nice home away from home for the week. The grandkids loved the themed bedrooms and the adults enjoyed the theater room. Overall, the entire family was impressed.

Family vacation

This property was great for our family of 13! Our family took advantage of the pool and movie room most!! We had an issue with the hot water and they had someone out to fix it in less than an hour. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and we would definitely come back.

Family Friendly Mini Mansion

The house and the property were everything we were looking forward to. Our kids absolutely loved the themed bedrooms and the movie theater room. The only thing is that there are very little provisions in the house. You will have to buy from garbage bags to toilet paper as well as any spices including salt and pepper. We had a wonderful time at the water park down the street and in the pool in the back yard. Very close to Disney and about 25 minutes to Universal.

Amazing Vacation Rental

Our stay at this house was wonderful! Four adults and four children ages 4-7. The house was clean and comfortable. The movie theater room was user friendly and cozy (this hasnā€™t always been our experience elsewhere). The childrenā€™s themed bedrooms were on point. Personal pool and hot tub were excellent. Perhaps would have liked some pool toys and an outdoor grill to use, but not majors by any means. We love the access to the Reunion water park up the street as well. Communication leading up to our stay was quick, friendly and much appreciated! We changed our dates around a bit and Christy was super accommodating! Overall, an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic - you should book asap

We just spent the most amazing week in Orlando at this home. My group included ages 3-71 and we all had a blast! When we booked, I told my husband that even if we werenā€™t comfortable going to Disney bc of covid, this house and community would be fun enough. And it definitely would be! We did end up going to Disney and as we were ranking our favorite of the 4 parks, my 6 yo daughter added this house/water park as her second favorite (behind magic kingdom). It is legitimately 15-20 minutes to the Disney parking lots. I never want to stay onsite again, driving ourselves was so easy. This house/community were so fun, and honestly more themed than the WDW hotels. The host was very responsive and the local management came out asap when we called (water temp in the house is warm not hot, but itā€™s set that way for kid safety and then the washing machine only had the warm/hot water, not cold, which ruined a few of the personalized shirts I made for Disney). Also, I appreciated the pool door alarm on the slider, but didnā€™t realize initially how to turn it off. The alarm was sounding for a solid 5 minutes when we first arrived ;) Iā€™d add a message on the door itself to remind people to push the circle button to temporarily (30 seconds) disable the alarm. Also the house isnā€™t stocked with spices etc, so add all of that to your Instacart order. We loved this so much! Thank you for creating such a fun space!

Wonderful stay!

The property was beautiful and description was very accurate. It was very clean well-kept. Christy was very responsive and not only allowed us late check-out without charge, but helped us coordinate passes to the waterpark prior to check-in since we arrived so early the first day. We have been to Reunion several times now and it never disappoints. Weā€™d recommend this house and would stay there again.

AMAZING home away from home!

Our family spent 5 nights in the magical mansion as our home base for a few days spent in Disney. I wish we would have had more time in the house! Everything about our stay was perfect: the house was clean, comfortable, and had more than we needed to keep everyone from the kids to the adults entertained. I have a feeling we will be back!

Wonderful house, lots of amenities!

This house was wonderful! Very clean and well decorated. Tons of things to entertain! Pool and hot tub were clean and private. Movie theater was so much fun! Lots of games in the house! Loved the arcade and shuffle board. Very nice and safe neighborhood.

My quick getaway

It was def fun, the house was very clean etc, but itā€™s def not as big as we thought, whoever took pics of the property took amazing pics and made everything look way bigger then it is. The pool is actually pretty small, yet it looks huge in the pics, same with living room and kitchen, again very nice place but again not as big as the pics make it seem at all.

Kids and Parents Oasis

The design and attention to detail in the kids rooms is simply amazing. The house is built for activities. From the pool, theater room, game room, and kids rooms, there is countless family activities. It was seamless to get to Disney Parks. We already can't wait to go back. We couldn't recommend this property any more.

Amazing house

Would absolutely stay here again! House was everything we hoped it would be and more! Just as beautiful as the pictures and the pool and movie room were an absolute hit with everyone!! My only SMALL complaint were the pillows. I hate to complain about anything because we had such an amazing time, but I would definitely invest in some fluffier pillows! Sounds silly, but that was the only complaint from all the adults.
