This 3,660 sq. ft, 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathroom villa is perfect for hosting you and 16 of your closest friends and family. The Grande View is located in Reunion Resort and has an impressive view overlooking the 7th signature hole of the Arnold Palmer golf-course, Seven Eagles clubhouse and The Grande.

As soon as you enter, the open living area beckons you inside to relax and unwind in the living area. The kids can watch some of their favorite tv shows in the cozy living room seating while the adults cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Once you're done, gather together to enjoy the delicious home-cooked meal at the formal dining table with seating up to 16 and 5 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Head out back to your own private pool and soak up the radiant Florida sun. Relax after long days of running around the Orlando theme parks on one of the 8 sun loungers or take a dip in infinity pool as you enjoy incredible views of the sunset. The extended deck offers outdoor dining and a summer kitchen to enjoy meals. You'll make unforgettable memories with the whole family as you talk about the day's adventures.

As you go back inside, on the first floor there is a master suite with a garden tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs you'll find 3 master suites complete with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms 5, 6, and 7 are also located upstairs with bunk bedrooms in each room, each designed for the kids of the group. The whole family will look forward to getting a good night sleep one of these comfortable bedrooms after a long day of theme park hopping.

Looking for entertainment? Head to the game room on the ground floor where you will find a pool table, multi-arcade game and dual driving games. You'll be able to enjoy movie night in your private home theater upstairs with 8 leather reclining seats.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
