My parents moved me to South Walton in 1981--- I was the young and tender age of 2. With that said, I have always been familiar with the area and love the sugar white beaches. I am a person who loves the beach, a veteran, and a father. I am a fan of relationships and enjoy seeing families spend time together. I believe in prayer, I believe in America, I believe that hard work pays off, and I believe the Emerald Coast is a special place. A place to gather, A place to love, A place to live the American Dream--- if only for a week. The beaches off the balcony cleanse the soul and comfort everyone in their own, unique way.

My dream was to always own a condo on the beach--- and that dream has finally came true. However, my internal dream is to share this fantasy with others.

The ocean is where the spirit of the body can clash with the Emerald Coast--- the results are different for everyone, with unique positive vibes moving in all angels. I hope you find your angle by staying at this condo, maybe you will find your soul enjoys the feel of the wind and the sounds of the waves.

Many have got engaged "on this very balcony" and married on this "very beach" --- I love reading the stories to this day about these monumental moments in my guest log.

They even feature a beachfront bar that hosts free bonfires every Monday and Friday at Sunset.

For guests who haven’t visited Seascape in a while, a special treat awaits, with the completion of the new Seascape Towne Centre, a 55,000 square foot lifestyle and retail center designed with family entertainment as the centerpiece. You might start your day at the Towne Centre’s 2 Birds Coffee + Café, stop by Acme Oyster House for lunch, or pick up a sweet treat for the kids at Moo La-La Ice Cream and Fudge before letting them crank up the fun at Thrills Laser Tag and Arcade.
