Great Accommodations and Location!

The unit and location were amazing! All the photos and descriptions were very accurate. Being able to access the amenities of the St. Regis was an added bonus to the experience. The Beach Club was right next door which was very convenient. The daily cleaning service was also really nice. The first thing I did after entering the unit was contact my sisters and plan when we should come here!

Amazing property

The house is beautiful, up-to-date and right on the beach with a private plunge pool and great outdoor spaces. It is very close to the main resort pools, bar and restaurants. The main bedroom is huge, and three of the four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. However, the fourth bedroom seems like a late addition; it is adjacent to the kitchen and doesnā€™t have a closet or en suite bathroom.

Location! Location! Location!

The home was beautiful. We requested an air bed that did not arrive until the second night making the first night uncomfortable. The house was bare! Would have been nice if there had been at least coffee. Some of the beds and pillows had stains which was also awkward. The housekeeping staff was very aggressive about tips. But the location was PERFECT!! The use of the golf cart was incredibly helpful and could not have imagined the stay with out it. The home layout was spectacular. The use of an Xbox which allowed us to sign into our Netflix and to see EPL games was a wonderful surprise and treat. The laundry room was useful!

Not as represented-

Got moved from this property to another due to air conditioner failure. Move to new unit was epic failure overall, AC had to be replaced, unit was filthy, towel racks hanging out of wall, torn and stained covers, golf cart not working. Only offer they made was that we could find another location on our own and they would refund us. Family of 7 plus toddler, not an easy task when you are already moved into the unit. Poor response from property manager. Very disappointed.

Perfect location

The house was great. Right on the beach and super close to the golf course and pool. Golf cart provided to take us to anywhere else on the resort we wanted to go. 4th bedroom was small but otherwise we all enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful grounds and great location. Can't wait to comeback. Unit could have some minor maintenance improvements The St. Regis Hotel was not welcoming, despite a dining reservation for 2 months. Best Location on the Island

This residence and resort are amazing. For a large group or family the spacious luxuriously appointed two story provides ample space to stretch out. The private pool and the short walk out the back yard to the beach was a perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Las Olas 10

The St Regis property and location are amazing. Close to the airport (but far enough away). Second time back to the resort and staying at Las Olas Villas. The house (Las Olas 10) is very nice with great views. A little wear and tear on the house though (kitchen mainly-ovenhood and refrigerator door). Safe was not working which caused a little anxiety. Cleaning crew was good. The staff at the hotel is fantastic. Spa is great. Tennis center is great. Golf course is in great shape. The kids Boathouse was fun. The pools and beach are super. Golf cart was very handy. Appliances worked. AC worked. Very quiet area of the resort which was nice with a young child. This property shares a property line with the Beach Club. We really did not have any issues with being so close. Noise was minimal and they were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Overall very nice.

Great Spot!

Perfect spot right on the beach, and able to take advantage of the resort amenities nearby. We visited for a corporate retreat and had a great time. It is not close to San Juan or any town area, so just be sure to get groceries and things ahead of time through the host. House was clean and perfect for our needs.

Beautiful, peaceful but no communication

The villa and views were beautiful. The villa was just as pictured online and direct access to the beach was the best. Check-in was terrible. 2 weeks prior and the day before I spoke to Abdel. Abdel was supposed to setup "our checkin process" and I provided them everything they needed, phone numbers, emails, flight info. He was unreachable. I had to have 3 different people attempt to reach out to him. Finally when he was found, he was not even on the property,, he was in Spain. My service did not work until wifi, however, all my guests had service and again he had all contact info. He never sent over the confirmation of our arrival to the gatekeeper. We had to figure out the door code to get in through trial and error no one could tell us. We had no resort information or restaurant information available like you would at any other place. We had no wifi code, he did not complete the VRBO fields with that info so that prolonged me from having any phone service. I had to call Marlene the property manager in NY to complain. She was initially helpful in giving the wifi code but then never followed through on any other issues. For example, both of the spa tubs did not work. The tubs never filled with water just continuously drained. The fridge has a water machine that had black mold in it. When housekeeping would provide towels, they weren't checking if they were fully cleaned. The elevator did not work. And no one every addressed any of those issues. The only daily response I got were when the place ask about covid symptoms. Like covid is important but you need to also make sure that my stay is excellent considering I'm paying alot for this stay and it was a special occasion. Also there needs to be more restaurants or places to eat on the actual resort as well as excursions. I can't say I will stay at this place again but I would definitely go the Villa route again. Besides those hiccups we made the best of it and enjoyed the other features of the resort.

ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING!!

This was the most LUXURIOUS and most BEAUTIFUL Resort I have ever seen in my life!! I donā€™t know where to begin, but I absolutely loved it, the cleanliness, spacious rooms, huge walk in closets, the beach/oceanfront, the pools, palm trees, the view from the Master Bedroom where me and my husband stayed, and the awesome housekeepers this experience was nothing short of amazing!!! When we told the locals where we were staying, everyone had the same reaction on how heavenly this place is!! They thought we were rich lol that was a stretch, but we sure felt like it! If you ONLY LIVE ONCE WAS A PERSON! Thank you Bahia Beach Resort it was worth every penny! Weā€™ll see you next time!
