Luxury Villa with Pool, Heated Jacuzzi, & Terrace in El Yunque Rainforest

Hi Amy. As I mentioned in our messages after our check out, I wish you had communicated with me during your stay as I would have gladly helped you immediately. Many of your concerns could have easily and quickly been addressed with a message to me. I will address them one by one. - electric circuit breaker: this breaker is within a cabinet high up and out of the reach of children. I also don’t see how it “dampened” your stay as it is not something guests utilize. In any case we will look into resolving this. -Bathrooms: our cleaners provide pictures of the home for inspection after every clean to ensure we are up to standards. As you can see from our reviews, our property is kept very clean. With that said, if you had messaged us with specifics as to something that was not clean to your standards, we would have gladly sent a cleaner over to take care of it for you. All the bathrooms except 1 have windows for external ventilation. The upstairs bathroom is not visible from any neighbors but we will look into installing a curtain regardless. Our bathrooms utilize the very common one glass panel style. It’s common for some water to get on the floor when showering, especially when 16 people are using a bathroom which is why we supply bath mats and again would have provided additional towels if requested. The one bathroom sink has cold water, you just have to adjust it properly and again we would have gladly directed you how had you asked. -Kitchen: We supply multiple pots and pans for guests to cook with and have never received a complaint for this. Had you messaged us during your stay, we would have gladly brought over additional pots/pans, etc. -Towels/linens: We supplied 16+ towels and 4 pillows per bed. We have additional linens, pillows and towels on the premises and would have gladly pointed you to them had you messaged us. -Laundry: the laundry room is off the indoor/outdoor billiards room and easily vented by keeping the door open, which is no issue since that room has ample open air flow. -Locks: There are locks for every gate and door in the house. We typically keep the interior gates unlocked because the house is fenced off for security and it allows easier movement across the property. That said, there are keys available for guests who want additional security. In any event, the guests upstairs could have taken a key with them to not be locked out of anywhere at night. I appreciate your feedback and we will certainly look to incorporate it into improving our property but many of these complaints were easily solved or avoided by messaging me during your stay, which you did not.
