Our "30A" home offers 4 Bedroom and 4 Bathrooms, 3 of which have their own private bath. There is beautiful hardwood floors and travertine tile throughout the home. The kitchen is well equipped and it boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and service for 12. The living room features a large sofa with plenty of seating to watch the mounted flat screen TV. After a long day at the beach, night out or a home cooked dinner, you can retreat to your own private rooftop terrace and watch the sunset! The views are magical!

Walking distance to Beach (about 600 ft) and to Gulf Shores Amphitheater and Restaurants. There is also a great jogging/ bike bath with access right out of our street

This is the second time we have stayed here. Facility was great for the fmaily.

The owner gets an A+ for communicating with. Check in and out was just like coming in and out of your own home. Owner send lists of recomended restaurants and other rental place. Lots of chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach. Pool was great,steps from the house, and area was very quiet. We will be staying here again. Also, the town of Santa Rosa is great. You can walk to all the attractions and feel like you are in a family orientated town.

Great place with need of some TLC!

Nice place. I just felt for the price, some issues should not be there. Bugs..silverfish and roaches. Several Light bulbs need replaced. Windows are rotten and need replaced. Laundry room bifold door fell on me! Several doors do not shut. Stool lost its leg again...it had been glued before. Stove has lost its all writing on it indicating what temp was cooking. Both racks of Dishwasher are hard to roll. Front door handle just fell off. Needs new screw. All minor things that doesn’t go with such an attractive place. The place is beautiful! Decor is first class except for couch and downstairs king mattress. Never seen a better equipped kitchen utensils and dishes and cookware. Black mold on very top of ceiling and some on tubs. Just needs a little TLC!

Thanks for your review. I wish we would have known about these issues during your stay and we would have immediately came out and corrected anything we could. We do have the units sprayed monthly for bugs and they spray extra when needed. The laundry room bifold door was just fixed so we will have to replace the whole door if needed. All the doors do shut but when the ac is on and the front door is open, they have to be pushed harder to close because of the draft. All the items have been addressed. There were two lamps that were unplugged but worked. This is a great unit and location. I just wish we would have known about the issues and we could have corrected immediately.

Great Location

The house was clean and well kept. With four large bedrooms and baths, everyone could do their own thing. The roof area made for relaxing nights. The best part was the great location to the beach, dining, shops and ice cream!!!

This is a townhome that fits our family perfectly. It’s an easy walk to the beach and restaurants, and the kitchen is well stocked. Nice decor throughout!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed this property because of its location to the beach. The rooftop was a perfect hangout place for the family in the evenings and it had amazing views. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner was attentive to our needs upon arrival. There are a lot of stairs so with littles or older people you have to be caustiques, but overall we were very pleased with the property and would stay there again.

Santa Rosa Escape

We absolutely loved this property. It was so close to the beach. We were able to easily walk to and from the beach throughout the day. The pool was a nice option when the waves were too high to swim. Front the rooftop you had a peaceful view of the Gulf. Being a multi-level space, there were many stairs. Just something to be aware of. We will definitely return!

The house is beautiful, lots of space, has all the essentials, great rooftop, and a nice pool just across the way. The location is fantastic too. A short walk to the beach and good restaurants. We'd happily stay again!

Excellent Vacation Spot

This was the ideal location for easy access to the beach with walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would love to do it again soon. Ailene, was super responsive and very helpful. She made the process quick and easy.

Great place and great price!

I am surprised at how great this house was because it was so affordable. I guess I was expecting mediocre but this place was top notch. Granite, super comfy beds (3 kings size wow!) walk out your door and you are at the pool, which was plenty big enough for the few condos in the complex. It has a nice little back yard for playing bocci ball or cornhole or whatever. The beach is walking distance so that is always good with little ones and all their stuff. There was a great beach wagon that helped a ton! And even beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, so you don’t have to bring all that from home. And also about 15 beach towels to use too. There is a craft brewery right in the front of the complex, as well as an ice cream parlor and a gift shop, and the hottest hang out in town, the “Shunk Gully” . Live music, great food, beautiful view overlooking the gulf. I can’t say enough good about this place. The only thing I wish that the living room/kitchen was more roomy , but the rest makes up for that. We will be back again! Loved it so much ! 🏖 ☀️ 🏠 🏊‍♀️ ❤️

AMAZING HOME

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Not only was it super clean and very spacious, it was also well stocked with everything needed for our stay! The rooftop and the short walk to the beach were perfect! Aliene was a wonderful host!

Family time of celebration in a beautiful environment!

We were celebrating our fiftieth wedding anniversary. We rented this townhouse for my daughter and family so she could be near our son's home nearby where we were staying. Her first impression was one of surprise as she remarked at the the.beauty of this home; well decorated, well stocked, close to the beach and a heated pool. Restaurants and ice cream within walking distance added to the their own. We would.definitely.return.to this home!

Soccer weekend

This is a nice property that we shared with another family for a soccer tournament weekend. Drive is about 25-30 min from Destin soccer fields. Great location after matches are finished to get away and enjoy some downtime. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Owner was great to work with!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group had a great time at Witt’s End. It was a great location close to multiple restaurants, shops, and ice cream. The WiFi was not working but they got a package from Comcast while we were there so I’m assuming they knew it was broken. As far as the ease of contact, I called and left a voicemail regarding a question I had the week before the trip and was never reached back out to. Other than that it was a great experience! Amazing rooftop.

It had wonderfully decorated rooms a nice layout plenty of room and was in a great location for access to the beach and shops. The community pool was right outside our front door and the rooftop terrace was an added bonus for a great view. It’s the best beach house we have ever stayed at and we liked it so much that we hope to book there again next year. Kim from the management company was amazing to work with and if any issues arose she took care of them right away. We have no complaints!

Beautiful Home and excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was amazing. Could have been cleaner but we usually wipe everything down and wash the sheets before we settle in. Amazing roof top. Beach and restaurants were extremely close. Highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay again. Property manager was also easy to communicate with.

Convenient location

The house is conveniently located. It is right next to Gulf Place, across the street from the bike trail on 30A, and right down the road from the public beach access. The property manager was friendly and quick to respond. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone in our group. Our only complaint was how crowded the Public beach was.

Fabulous weather and water for the week

Kim was fabulous to deal with. We had a couple of minor issues and she handled them immediately with no problem at all. Would recommend this property for any family to stay in.

Beautiful Spacious Place

Great location, comfortable walk to the beach and local shops. Everyone in our large family enjoyed the place. Kids liked the pool, kitchen was very well equipped. Easy contact and quick response from Management. Few notes: tall building, lots of stairs, fast internet but signal gets lost in the upper floors, charcoal grill.
