Welcome to the Turtle Shell Cottage! This craftsman-style beach cottage is located in the Cottages of Santa Rosa Beach, just a very short stroll to the Beach access and Gulf Place, which offers a handful of charming cafes and restaurants, shops, outdoor concerts, and festivities. This Beach home also includes a FREE *golf cart for use during your stay!! (*requires signed waiver prior to using.)

This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out after a long day on the sugar-white sand beaches of 30A! You can wake up every morning and start your day off by enjoying a cup of coffee on the charming covered front porch, or wind down in the evening on the porch swing with a cocktail!
The first level of the home offers an open-concept floor plan, an updated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a spacious dining set. It also has a large sectional and flat-screen TV, perfect for a family movie night or to watch the big game! The first floor also has a guest half bath and a Master Suite with a King size bed. As you go upstairs to the second level, there are three additional bedrooms! The larger of the three bedrooms has a large closet and private bath, and the other two bedrooms share a full bath. You will love the additional loft space as well. It's a great space for the kids to hang out and play games! There is a single bed and a pull out trundle bed in this space.

BEACH ACCESS:
Ed Walline Park is right in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach at Gulf Place where County Road 393 converges with Scenic 30A. This beach access has restroom facilities and two picnic pavilions that sit atop a dune overlooking the gorgeous gulf. In spite of its dune top location, there are ramps that meander down to the beautiful beach below so it is handicapped accessible as well. There is also a unique one-story Observation Desk for viewing the gulf beyond and it is a popular place to spot surfers and frolicking dolphins in the distance. Life Guards are on duty at the Ed Walline Beach Access during the summer season.
