Perfect Canadian getaway at The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake!

Welcome to paradise! The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake boasts a sandy beach and marina, a community center with multiple pools, and hot tubs. We are located at the north end of Lake Osoyoos, nestled in between several vineyards and cideries and downtown Osoyoos.

Please note, the new short term rental restrictions do not affect our cottage.

Our luxury home features 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open concept living and a fully enclosed, sun porch, that will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Our outdoor patio is equipped with a luxurious patio set and fire table for you to relax at the end of your day with a glass of wine!

Need to bring your work with you? A dedicated work space is included as well!! Between the gorgeous Okanagan summers, and the cozy winters, our cottage is the perfect destination year round.

We are continuously adding amenities based on feedback from our guests so that you have the best experience - please read our reviews to learn more about what our guests have to say.

Wouldn’t change a thing. The cottage has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We liked it so much we are coming back again next year. Hosts were very accommodating.

Enjoyable experience

This was our first time renting a cottage. We were amazed on the beauty of this place. There was everything we needed in the cottage. It was easy to walk around and go to the lake and enjoyed the landscaping. There wasn’t too many things open in February but we made the best of it. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Family memories

The property layout and use of space was perfect! It was wonderful to have a little private oasis within the home for my husband and I. It was very clean equipped with lots of extra blankets and towels.

Wonderful Family Cottage

Our family very much enjoyed the stay at Avril and Ken's cottage. The home is very spacious, clean and was nicely stocked when we arrived with goodies. The amenities are amazing with the pool, hot tub, and lake nearby. We would absolutely come back to this cottage in the future and would highly recommend it as a place to stay in Osoyoos.

Family Holiday

Wonderful vacation!!

Such a beautiful home! Avril was so accommodating and even left some treats for our kids and a bottle of wine for us. The amenities, the house, the grounds, everything is so perfect! Thank you for helping make this vacation great! We will be back next year.

Great family vacation spot

Thanks for having us again! Our visit this time included a couple young kids and we enjoyed the park and pool, along with lots of other friendly young families and Neighbours. Martinette is an extremely well stocked, clean, and comfortable cottage. Cheers!

Family reunion

We rented 2 houses, for 3 families. The house was well appointed with all that someone could and would need for a stay. Location was good , a bit far from the beach, walkable to the pool. Great location to do some bicycling, and good garage storage.

Outstanding! This home was perfect for our family of 8 adults. The home was equipped with everything we could need or want. Such a large space for everyone and all of the amenities were excellent! We used the pickle ball court, gym and beach! The beach chairs and wagon were awesome to bring to the beach. The area offered great golf, a huge variety of wineries- our favourite was the District in Oliver! We also picked fruit at the beautiful fruit orchards, went on a trail ride and went to the Nk’mip cultural centre. So much to do and see. Avril set out a wonderful welcome basket and checked in with us when we got there and again midweek to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home and we hope to return again in the future!

Awesome Experience!

Nothing but good things to say about our stay at this cottage as well as our interactions with the host (Avril). The house came as advertised and had all the amenities you could want for a family vacation rental. Check in and check out processes were both very smooth and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again!

Get away!

This house was super clean and well stocked with everything one would need! It is a lovely quiet neighbourhood! The beach looked great, unfortunately we had bad weather ,so we didn’t take advantage! We had a great stay!

Amazing place

We were 7 girlfriends who have been friends for 36+ years who stayed here to celebrate turning 50 this year.. we had an amazing time. The house has everything you need (except to go drinking cups). The pool area is great and the beach was awesome. We had an amazing time sitting around the firepit in the evenings. A wonderful place.

We take great pride in our cottage and have furnished it tastefully, adding a number of extra's to make your visit memorable. To name a few - ceiling fans in all rooms, comfort level toilets, a water softening system to further treat the already potable water, bicycles that you may use at your own risk, a wagon to carry your stuff to the beach or pool and a high chair for our special little guests.
