This beachfront getaway is perfect for family vacations, weekends filled with golf or girl time, sports weekends with the kids or quick retreats away from the stress of everyday life. Three spacious bedrooms and three full baths provide plenty of room and make "Going Coastal" feel like a home away from home. The large balcony overlooking the pool and coastline is perfect for your morning coffee or quick lunches. The condo's great location makes enjoying local dining a breeze, but don't feel like you always have to go out. We also have a well-equipped kitchen. You'll love "Going Coastal!"
The fine print: We provide linens and a small stock of paper products to get your vacation off to a great start, but make sure you bring your own beach towels! Access to a communal washer and dryer is right outside the front door.

The home was very clean and has a great layout, love when there is a bedroom that faces the ocean and can hear the waves! This would work great for a large family or 2 families sharing with bedroom 3 and the bunk beds. It was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The couch cushions have been "loved" but minor in the scheme of things. Loved that you come off the elevator to the unit as well.

Incredible

The condo was more than we expected! The location was convenient to parking, elevator, ocean, dining and the pool. My sister and I are 70+ and we felt very safe during our stay. The entire property was immaculately clean and only steps from the ocean. Morning sunrise could be seen from the balcony

Spacious Ocean and Pool Front Condo

This ocean front condo is a very spacious 3 bedroom unit. Each bedroom as well as the living room, kitchen and the foyer were very spacious. It's an older condo with lots of charm and everything you could need on a beach vacation with family and friends. It feels like you are very close to the pool and the beach at the same time because of the layout of the condo. The unit is inside of the horseshoe shaped condo building overlooking the oceanfront pool. But there is still the feeling of enough privacy on the balcony. There is a lot of entertainment nearby, a 10 minute walk to the Garden City Pier with two live bands every night of the summer. One band plays at the pier entrance bar/restaurant, while the other band is playing at the end of the pier where there is another bar and stage area. Wonderful fun!!!

Family Vaca 2023

Loved the setup of the rooms. The condo was clean and nice! Would definitely stay here again. Only downside to me was parking and laundry. I do have a big truck and the laundry wasn’t too bad, just usually have them in the room.

Very Nice Property

All 7 of us of different age ranges enjoyed our 9 night stay over the 4th of July. The view of the beach off of the balcony was great and everything we needed was available in the unit. We would definitely stay there again.

Would stay there again !

In all respects the unit by itself deserves 5 stars . It is clean, well furnished, comfortable and was perfect for my wife and me. I did feel though that in fairness, I had to give it less than 5 stars because of its location within the complex (I wish I could give it 4 1/5 stars). The unit is recessed: therefore the pool is immediately below the balcony. Also, the view of the ocean is not as broad as from the outer units. But this was accurately pictured and it did not interfere with our enjoyment. Yes we would happily stay there again. LT

Beach trip 2021

We really enjoyed your condo! The location was awesome! The only small thing was the fridge was really dirty when we got there. ( I really hate to even point this out but when the owner/guest pay a cleaning fee you want it to be clean). The condo has everything you need and plenty of space to enjoy your vacation. The owner offered to get the cleaning people to come back but I wiped it down and all was good!

Clean/ Beautiful View!

First time to Garden City. This was the perfect condo. Very clean, well- organized and stocked. Only problem was the water heater leaked last evening there. It leaked down into the condo below us. Came back to a note saying such, and that the water had been turned off.. Called the plumber as instructed, only to find out they were coming to install a new one in the morning at 8:00 am, and we would not have any water until afterward. (I notified the owner because they had not. She was very quick to respond.) On check out day with 4 small children!? I asked him if he could wait until 10am after we checked out ,which he kindly agreed. Long story short. 2 guys show up at 9 wanting to replace the hot water heater. We are trying to pack And get out with small Children and no water. We asked them kindly to wait until we were finished-so they did, right outside the condo door in the way of our trying to get out with kids, bags etc! It was a mess to say the least and they have no luggage carts. It was pouring rain also.. flooring in front of hot water heater was soppy and wet. Owner very nice, however did not offer to refund any money for inconvenience of last day and morning there.. I would definitely stay there again, but maybe when just adults no children..

The property is nice and in a great location. Great view! Easy to access! Unfortunately we had a few little issues in the beginning but Kevin and the cleaning team were quickly responsive and handled our needs.

A great place for a getaway

This property was clean and well appointed, had plenty of space for a family, was in a very convenient location, and the view of the beach from the balcony is really excellent. Your kids will say "Wow, awesome!" right away and then want to go right down to the beach to play. No regrets on this one.

Great Valentine’s weekend getaway

We were pleasantly surprised by the great location of the property to the elevator. The overall cleanliness was amazing. We did have a problem with one of the beds, but once we contacted the owners they were prompt to send someone to repair it. Even though the weather was rainy all weekend we were able to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and even spotted dolphins. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Clean cozy and convenient

My family and I went down for a few days for New Years. We go to this area all the time and usually stay in houses. We wanted to try a condo since it has been a while since we have had one. It unfortunately rained THE WHOLE TIME! But since the condo was so nice it wasn’t a problem restaurants were close by, the arcade and ice cream shop was where most of our (money) and time was spent. We went out to eat and shopped at Tanger and different indoor stores around the area. And came back to our cozy condo...it had plenty of room to spread out...a bed for everyone and more-well stocked kitchen, ocean front, pool front. Would moz def like to book this again sometime when it is warm and sunny! Thanks for the wonderful stay. We didn’t even miss staying in a house with a golf cart.

Beautiful view; convenient location

The condo was very comfortable. So nice to have 3 bathrooms! The view was spectacular, and the generous sized balcony was a really nice feature. Very convenient location on the south end of Garden City. Only 10 to 15 minutes to Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen. Owners were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

I have wanted a place a the beach since I was a child. The Surfside/Garden City area has been my family's vacation spot for over 40 years. Three years ago my dad and I went in together and finally fulfilled my childhood dream. We were so blessed to find this great property. My nuclear and extended family spend as much time as we can making memories here and when we cannot, we want to share it with you.

This property is beachfront with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It is also almost 1500 square feet making it unique and spacious. Going Coastal is a walk to the Garden City Pier by beach or street putting it in a great location for fun and food.

It is one of the larger 3 bedroom condos in the area with 3 full baths. Plenty of space with a view of the pool and beach. Well stocked kitchen if cooking is your thing with walking distance to dining and the pier.
