It is ideally located less than 10 min walk from the docks for a walk along the bank of the Seine. The neighborhood is dynamic and widely served by public transportation. Bars, restaurants and shops are also nearby.

Refurbished, my apartment will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, an equipped kitchen and a living room.

A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

Located in the north of the Val-de-Marne, Ivry-sur-Seine is a dynamic and intercultural city, with an urban landscape marked by its 20th century architectural heritage. It is also one of the most accessible cities in the department, whether by car with the ring road and the A4, by transport with the RER C and the metro seven, or by water via the Seine. The city is mainly known for its 20th century architecture and in particular for its buildings offering residents beautiful terraces with panoramic views. It is also distinguished by its desire to provide access to culture for all. Numerous cultural and creative venues allow the people of Val-de-Marne, but also Parisians, to attend shows, to dance in concert or to discover modern art. As far as live shows are concerned, five structures offer an eclectic program: the Aleph theater founded by Oscar Castro, the Théâtre des Quartiers d'Ivry installed at the Manufacture des Œillets, the Antoine Vitez theater approved for "chanson" by the Ministry of Culture, the El Duende theater offering new creations every week and the Hangar, a concert hall with a very varied musical program.
