Air-conditioned 4 bedroom villa in LEGE CAP FERRET

Beautiful, air-conditioned 150 m² villa in a quiet location near the Arcachon Bay and the ocean, bike paths, and the village of Lège.

The villa features a large wooden deck, a heated saltwater pool (June through September) measuring 8 m × 4 m' with a submerged beach area, outdoor furniture, an outdoor kitchen area, a pétanque court, as well as a ping-pong table and a trampoline for the children. All set on an enclosed 800 m² lot with parking.

During your stay, you’ll have access to the house, which features 4 bedrooms—all with private bathrooms—3 separate toilets, and a beautiful living area with an open-concept kitchen.
Upstairs (please note: steep stairs), you’ll find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed on a loft and a sofa bed, as well as 1 separate restroom.
On the first floor, there is one master suite with one queen-size bed, another bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom, and one separate toilet. A travel crib can be provided upon request.

The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

You’ll have the opportunity to go to the chicken coop to collect eggs.

Accommodates up to 12 people.

Sheets and bath towels are provided.

For all rentals longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning service is included.

Pets are allowed as long as they are well-behaved.
However, they are not allowed on the sofas or beds. Your pets must never be left alone in the house.

Parties and private gatherings are prohibited.

A security deposit check for €3,000 will be required upon your arrival and returned upon your departure if the house has not sustained any damage.
