Cocoonr offers you this beautiful, spacious 180 m² family home for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 travellers in a relaxing setting. This Cocoonr Collection house is one of our premium homes, located in Tréffléan, just a ten-minute drive from Vannes in the Golfe du Morbihan.

The home is composed as follows, ground floor:
- A large, bright living room, with a lounge area & its contemporary fireplace, a large-format TV screen, a dining room opening onto the lounge,
- A fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (nespresso, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, crockery, etc),
- A sleeping area: Bedroom 1 with Queen-size bed overlooking the terrace and garden, 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a room with a large dressing area, & separate WC,

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: a 160cm bed with a private 10m² terrace offering uninterrupted views of the countryside,
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190),
- Bedroom 4: a single bed, suitable for a child or teenager (90x190),
- A large bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and a bathtub, with double basins,
- A study area with a sofa bed (not an extra bed, but a bench),
- A large landing with a charming relaxation/library area with armchairs, a small TV and a keyboard for music lovers,
- 1 separate WC

For children: cot and high chair available.

Outside:
- A lovely 1500 m² garden planted with trees + a beautiful south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture (deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue, etc.),
- A beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool measuring 7.50 m x 3.50 m for maximum relaxation.

The pool is heated from 1 May (depending on the weather) until 30 September, but as it is not covered, the water temperature is greatly influenced by the weather and we cannot guarantee the temperature and use.
- Child safety: electric shutter and alarm.

The neighbourhood:
The house is ideally situated in the quiet countryside, with many market gardeners selling their fruit and vegetables to visitors.
