House of 130 m2 with garden of 500 m2 overlooking a beautiful public garden.
3/4 of an hour from the beaches, 20 minutes from beautiful lakes, Clisson, ....
Puy du Fou and animal parks 1 hour away (Branféré, Planète Sauvage, ...)

200 m from the Sèvre for beautiful walks, bikes, canoes or electric boats.

15 minutes by bike/ bus/tram from the City Center

2 cats and 1 rabbit to feed and pet.

On the first floor: a large living room overlooking the garden: dining area, lounge area, a kitchen and a bathroom;
Upstairs: a staircase leads to 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 2 bedrooms with 90x190cm beds,
another staircase leads to 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 190 (or double bed 190x160cm) and a room with 1 bed 90x190 cm (possible to be split) and 1 sofa bed 170x90 cm
Possibility of adding 1 mattress on the floor and 1 baby bed

The bedrooms are equipped with fans

WALKS AROUND THE HOUSE:
- Parc de la Crapaudine as you leave the cul-de-sac on the left.
- Walk along the Sèvre: on the left as you leave the cul-de-sac, cross and go to the residence with a barrier, go down to the bottom of the residence and go through the gate, you arrive on the Sevre. Go left for a long walk to the locks of Vertou and even further (joins the GR to Cholet), there are boats, Scottish cows, nice places to picnic.
Parc de la Moriniere at the level of the 1st bridge (pass over the bridge, the park is on the other side). After the park, football fields on the banks of the Sèvre and pleasant lawns for picnics.
