The apartment is located on the seawall, in the Villa Saint Georges, a house once inhabited by a tobacco merchant in the 19th century.
Entrance opens into the living area with a table and chairs, leading out to the furnished balcony terrace facing the waterfront, offering a magnificent view of Pier 449 and Arromanches Beach.
