This property is managed by H'Elo Conciergerie, a concierge service for vacation rentals that’s dedicated to its guests!
The apartment is located on the seawall, on the second floor, with a breathtaking view of Pier 449 and Arromanches Beach.
You’ll enter the apartment through the living area, which features a dining table for 4 people, a TV, and a sofa.
You’ll find a separate kitchen equipped as follows:
- Refrigerator
- 2-burner stovetop and range hood
- Microwave
- Senseo coffee maker
- Mini-oven
- Electric kettle
- Dishes
In the first bedroom, you’ll find a 180-cm bed, a walk-in closet, and access to the bathroom with a shower and sink.
You can enjoy the ocean view from the living room, the kitchen, and the master bedroom.
There is another bedroom that’s ideal for two children or teens, as it features a 140-cm loft bed. You’ll need to climb a ladder to reach it.
Included: Linens (towels, sheets, dish towels, bath mats), Wi-Fi.
A welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the apartment. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to buy what you need.
The apartment is on the second floor, with no elevator.
You’ll have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities.
You’ll receive a set of keys.
Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Check-in can be done independently using the key box.

There is no private parking, and you cannot unload your car on the pier (it’s pedestrians-only) .
There are free parking spots nearby and blue-zone parking on Rue François Carpentier.
You’ll also find paid parking lots nearby.
