Maui Dream - Remodeled Ocean View Penthouse, Steps to World Class Beach

Come stay at our remodeled Maui dream home!

Amazing location right across from Charley Young Beach (next to Kama'ole 1), wonderful Maui swimming and snorkeling beach. The condo has an ocean view from lanai. Charley Young Beach is directly across the street.

Our condo is on the top (4th) floor in building #1 and is one of the biggest and nicest guest suites in the Maui Vista complex. Since it's in the first building of 3, it provides the best ocean and pool view in the complex, as well as plenty of privacy since the condo is located near the end cap. Enjoy the sunset from the Lanai balcony before you take a soak in our romantic Jacuzzi tub. The condo is air conditioned, has two showers, all the usual amenities, PLUS free WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked, has modern backsplash, granite counter tops, stainless range, sink and dishwasher.

Kihei/Wailea location because it gets more sun than most of Maui (some parts of Maui can be quite wet!). Kihei is also centrally located, making it easy to take a quick trip to Wailea shopping and restaurants, Lahaina (west side) or the North shore (which is great for sports). Kahului (where the airport is) is only 15-20 minutes away. This is also where you would start your trip to Hana if you want to explore the wilder east side of the island. Or of course, just stay in Kihei and enjoy all of its amenities. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, golf courses, and more, are all within walking distance. And the beach is directly across the street - only a 2 minute walk away!

Awesome location!

Great location, so close to the beach. Great amenities including pack and play, beach gear and laundry. Great pools. Excellent and prompt help from host when needed. Would definately stay again!

Lovely stay in Kihei

This condo is in a great location and sparkling clean. We loved having our coffee while watching the sunrise, being able to walk across the street for sunset at Charley Young Beach, and within walking distance of food, coffee and shopping. A perfect base for exploring Maui and we'd love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much, good location in downtown Kihei. Comfortable beds, well stocked with blankets and towels. Kitchen was very nice. Washer and dryer in unit and all kinds of beach and tennis equipment.

Great family condo & close to Charley Young Beach

We loved this unit, it was clean, awesome view, the kitchen is renovated but most importantly its close to the beach - Charley Young. We were in Maui for two weeks & this condo was convenient to shops, restaurant & ABC’s stores! Ellen is fast to respond to any questions & very helpful. We’d stay here again!!

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed here with our 7 year old kids and had a great time. The home was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and with linens. The beach gear available was a big plus! The grounds of the condo are nice as well and we enjoyed cooling off at the pool in the evenings. Parking was never an issue. And the condo is conveniently located in South Kihei.

Extremely nice unit in Maui Vista

We were there for 6 days our stay was very good, the views from the lanai were amazing the property owner Yelena was exceptional we did find couple issues and she take care right away, the condominium has everything to feel like home, kitchen utensils and also has beach toys chairs and umbrella which was very helpful on our stay and the beach was right across the street from our unit definitely we would stay here on our futures trip to Maui and I will strongly recommend this place to friends and family.

Convient location!

Family of 5 had a great time in Maui. We enjoyed the snorkeling at "Turtle Beach" only 15 min. drive from the apartment complex and played tennis every day. First trip to beach only 5 min walk away and we saw a big old sea turtle. Perfect place for 4 people. The sleeper sofa in living room not very comfortable otherwise great place.

Quick getaway from Oahu

We loved our stay at the Maui Vista! It was the easiest trip we have taken and the access to the beaches were extremely convenient. Being on the top floor gave us a little more room for 4 of us to spread out a bit. We missed out on the boogie boards that arrived at the room as we were leaving, but we can always come back! You can't beat the location. We wouldn't change a thing.

This was my second trip to Maui Vista and the first stay in unit 1402. The listing is accurate, the owners very helpful in advance and we had a very special family vacation. I wish I could give a unique insight. Just know that the collective reviews paint a great picture is this property. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Very nice place, host very responsive

Place was quite nice and clean, bed comfortable, has everything you would want if you want to make a meal but we opted to eat out instead. Host was responsive to email and questions. We didn't know if we could make the Road to Hana trip from this location, but if you get up early enough (7am start for us) should be able to cover most of the great places in one day. Beach is a walk across the street.

Maui is always a good vacation

This condo worked well for our purposes. The location right across from Charlie Young beach makes it perfect. The only thing that would have made it better, would have been better AC units. It was quite warm while we were there. The owners were pleasant to deal with and accommodating. Janice, the point of contact in Kihei, was more than accommodating. She really made our stay very nice.

We had such a great time at your condo Ellen. The access to the beach across the street was fantastic and was most likely our favorite beach on the West side. It was great to walk to the shops and bars so as not to drive in the evening. The beach chairs, umbrella and frisbee were used every day! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Location

The condo was clean, neat and contained all the needed basics. Only a walk from the beach and beautiful views. Property manager was very responsive as the door lock has a couple issues. My only suggestion is better AC. It did work but it’s barely hanging on. Thank you we had a great trip

Great centrally located and comfortable accomodation

The condominium was perfectly described. The beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for my husband, young son and me. Plenty of television stations, so my European born husband could watch the UEFA Euro Cup soccer matches. Loved the fact that it is located directly across from Charley Young beach, which we enjoyed nearly every day. Many fantastic restaurants a short drive or walk away. Ellen was very good at responding quickly to any questions from me and was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early as we had an early arrival time. We enjoyed our visit very much and would stay here again.

Kihei was the perfect location for our stay

We enjoyed the location of this condo immensely. Our plan was to see alot of Maui and the Kihei was central and afforded day trip travel limited time to get to destinations each day. The condo has free phone service to Canada and the US as well as WIFI which were important features for us. Access to the beach was just a 2 minute walk the Charles Young Beach and this beach is a beauty. Our teenage kids loved the rollerskating 3 nights a week right on the ocean just down from the condo and the bay where surfing and paddleboarding lessons tooks place was just a 5 minute walk. A perfect spot for those looking for a 2 bedroom at an affordable price which is not an easy find on Maui

Fantastic condo!

Our family LOVED this condo! Very clean, spacious and well equipped. The kids loved having the upstairs to themselves, especially the big soaking tub after being at the beach all day. The view is great and being on the top floor and at the end was nice, very quiet. The beach equipment provided was perfect, very nice chairs and umbrellas and the kids loved the beach toys. Very nice not to have to pack anything from home. The beach is right across the street, easy walk even for our young kids. Charley Young beach was nice, easy for the kids to play in the water. As in other reviews, restaurants and groceries are within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again next time!!

Our favorite Maui beach is directly across the street, less than 100 yards away. We have tons of restaurants, bars and shops, including a grocery store, within walking distance. Other Maui attractions (such as the North Shore, which we visit a lot, or Lahaina, and many others) are not far, since Kihei is centrally located. The airport is nearby. Kihei is also sunnier than other parts of Maui - it actually rains a lot in some parts of Maui!
