Lovely designer Villa in Exclusive Grand Harbor with expansive views and only one house away from the beautiful harbor Rented for 2026 Jan-April but avail for 2 week min. or monthly other times. The house includes full club membership with unlimited golf, tennis and swimming with only a very small guest fee.. There is a fabulous 36 hole golf course, giant heated ocean pool, charming neighborhood pool , pickle ball and tennis center featuring Har Tru courts. There is also a great gym . Grand Harbor has the deepest marina around for boating and fishing . Kayaking and bird watching with acres and acres of preserved natural habitat is excellent. The staff at Grand Harbor and the security are top notch.
The location of Grand Harbor is very central to the Vero area with only a 5 minute drive to the beaches and downtown restaurants, theater, shopping, etc. . It is also near the Cleveland Clinic and other medical facilities. . At Grand Harbor outside the gates is the new Harbor Village Shopping Center with Publix, McDonald's , coffee shops,
This 2 story house is very comfortable with master on first floor along with large master bath, walk in closet, and laundry and powder room. There is an expansive living room/great room and a first floor den which can double as a fourth sleeping space. The outdoor screened in porch is pleasant with a southern exposure and is the perfect dining spot to enjoy the natural setting.
It is great that the house has an upstairs and a downstairs with two upstairs bedrooms with bath and sitting room for guests and extra family., and open porch. Across the way is the wonderful harbor with lovely boats to enjoy strolling around the dock at dawn and dusk to watch the dolphins and sometimes manatees.

and rejuvenate at the Club . Our guests are entitled to our full golf , tennis and swim benefits for a small fee. The home has privacy and vistas over the golf course and nature preserve. It is just across the street from the Marina where we enloy walking , morning sunrises, and interesting boats.!

This home has the best of all worlds with the best ocean pool on the East Coast one could say! Located on the Inland waterway, a short hop to the beach club, and accross from the marina, it is a great location in Grand Harbor itself as walking /biking to the main club are very convenient.

The staircase leads to an upstair sitting room adjoining two guest bedroom and bath with a fabulous porch overlooking the beautiful expanse of the green golf course and palm trees along with a stream for bird watching.
