Light, bright, and freshly updated south facing on the 1st floor includes granite counter tops throughout. 2 primary suites that open to the patio through french glass doors backing to the golf course. The primary suites have large walk in closets and windows facing the golf course. Inside laundry room

Professionally decorated, beautiful living room, dining room (seats 6) . Pillow-top mattresses, window treatments and WiFi.

Kitchen: fully equipped, granite counter top, new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave

1st Primary Suite: King size bed with pillow top mattress, large walk-in closet, updated en suite bathroom with granite/double sinks, walk-in shower, french doors to the porch and a TV.

2nd Primary Suite: 2 Queen size beds with pillow top mattress, large walk-in closet, french doors to the porch, updated en suite bathroom with granite, double sinks, tub/shower, and a TV.

Dining and living room: dining table (seats 6), sofa, 1 rocker/reclining chair, 50'' flat screen Sharp TV, and porch access.

The property was great , and location was perfect for us . We have a dog and there were so many walking options for her . The view was nice and the overall place was very calming

Everything was amazing! This condo was perfect for us! It was incredibly clean, close to the pool and walking trails! Joe was awesome to work with! We will definitely be back!!

We had a "Grand" stay!

Our condo was wonderful. Joe was the perfect host. We had a very relaxing stay. The condo was well equipped and the neighborhood was stunning. We loved that our 2 dogs could be with us and the area was very dog friendly. The condo was conveniently located to everything that Vero and the surrounding area had to offer. We highly recommend this unit.

Comfortable and convenient, lovely condo.

This is a lovely updated condo, close to the pool. The large screened porch with fans, as well as windows and French doors facing the golf course and sunsets, provided a very nice view and a relaxing visit. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry room is very handy. The host provided good instructions, is pleasant, and we knew how to reach him, should the need arise. We stayed approximately 3 months, with no problems. It was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend this property to others.

Great Condo and Location

My wife and I spent two months here and we loved it. The spacious master suites have terrific comfy queen beds and the bathrooms are huge and stocked with towels. There are plenty of closets and drawers, a TV, and seating on the patio. The whole unit was very clean, updated, and well kept. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed to cook and entertain including cleaning products. There is a parking spot with cover to keep the car cool and out of the sun. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets on the back patio, overlooking the golf course. The pool and spa was a short walk. We walked the 2.75 mile loop around Grand Harbor almost every day and truly enjoyed all the interesting water fowl in the community. The owners were very accommodating in allowing us to come in the night before our rental period started, in exchange for leaving a night early. Highly recommend this first floor condo.

Second night there we were locked out because of dead batteries in the door lock it was around 9:30 pm we tried several times emailing Joe with no response we went to the guard shack and they were kind enough to give us his home phone number we tried texting and calling but no answer straight to voice-mail we got a room at a motel next day we receive an email wanting us to explain what exactly is going on that turned into a phone call from him we were told the property manager would be there in 15 minutes and she was she gave me batteries and instructions on how to replace the batteries which it worked for a couple tries and it dies she says it's the lock itself and gives me a key so the night before 231am the smoke Detector goes off because of dying batteries so I ask if it's ok to use her batteries that came out of the door lock for the smoke Detector she says absolutely I put the batteries in the smoke Detector and the new batteries she gave me for the door lock to go into the smoke Detector are dead she takes the smoke Detector from me and blames it for not working and takes it with her which leaves us with 1 smoke Detector I try it and it's dead now the washing machine went out first use of 2 person daily use of laundry I inform her of this and she says she has to call Joe the owner she tries calling him a couple times and no answer she tells me I'll let you I kn

Vacation We Truly Needed

After living in Vero Beach most of our lives, raising our children, selling our home and now in our retirement years; we needed a chance to relax, unwind, and have some fun.....We have found all that and more in this Grand Harbor vacation. Walking in the morning under all the beautiful trees, then swimming and spa, relaxing in the afternoon watching the golfers on the 9th hole right outside our patio and later sitting with a glass of wine watching the sunset. We don't want to leave and you won't want to either....Thank you Joe!

Grand Harbor is a beautiful quiet community. We loved it! We hope to come again!

Our condo was comfortable updated and in a great location. Joe,the owner, made sure we had all condo info needed for a problem free stay. Friendly neighbors and warm weather and sunshine! What more could you ask for! We hope to return.

Lovely condo and very responsive owner.

Condo conveniently located in a very quiet setting. Will likely return. The development is so nice we are tempted to buy a unit there. Neighbors friendly. Joe the owner really responds to questions within 15 minutes or less.

Lovely Grand Harbor

The condo was neat/clean and exactly as it was depicted on the website. The grounds were beautiful. What a great place to stay for a getaway or for an extended period. The owner was amazing to work with and I have already recommended this unit to friends.

Wonderful winter escape in Grand Harbor

The community is very friendly and everything about this condo was great - great views, lots of natural light, amenities and location. Condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. Loved the walking trails and bird watching. Condo is close to shopping and restaurants. Easy beach access, just minutes away. Our experience here was wonderful, the owners were easy to work with, felt like home away from home. Highly recommended.

Grand Harbor is a meticulously maintained gated community. It is very safe, quite, and a short drive to everything, especially the great beaches. The back porch is a great place to sit and enjoy the view in the morning and evenings. There are excellent walking paths in the area.
