Located in the peaceful Cap Armor residence in Erquy, this 50 m² two-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests on the 2nd floor without lift access. The beach is approximately 200 metres away and the town centre can be reached quickly on foot via the seafront boulevard.

The 20 m² living area includes a lounge space with television and opens onto a balcony with an open view. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers make it easy to enjoy fresh air after the beach or coastal walks.

The equipped open-plan kitchen makes everyday meals easy during the holiday. It includes a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with double bed for 2 guests and wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe

The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin and washing machine. The toilet is separate.

The balcony provides a useful extension to the apartment during sunny days, whether for fresh air or a quieter break after outings.

A private garage makes parking easier throughout the stay.

From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between the beach, Erquy town centre, the fishing harbour and walks towards Cap d’Erquy.
