Located in the Beauregard residence in Erquy, this 30 m² studio accommodates up to 2 guests next to the central beach. The property is on the fourth and top floor with a lift, overlooking the bay and fishing harbour.

The living area is the main space of the apartment. Its large window opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture and keeps the sea in view, from breakfast to the end of a coastal walk.

The kitchenette is suitable for preparing everyday meals: 2 electric hobs, fridge and microwave. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster and crockery are also available.

Sleeping arrangements include:

The shower room includes a shower, washbasin and toilet. The entrance has a useful cupboard for storing belongings during the stay.

Parking is available in nearby spaces close to the residence.

The central beach is approximately 30 metres away. Shops and the centre of Erquy are approximately 800 metres away. From the studio, guests can easily reach the harbour, seafront promenade and the landscapes around Cap d'Erquy.
