Winter or summer, this is the perfect oasis to relax and enjoy a quiet retreat. With its nostalgic wood-paneled living room, this is one of the original cabins historic to this area. Cozy beds, a casual dining area, a kids den with games and separate TV, and a screened-in back porch with gorgeous lake views in warmer seasons, there’s enough space for everyone to relax . The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking essentials and coffee station to prepare your perfect coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. A cabinet filled with games for our smallest visitors. The bathroom includes a standard bath/shower.
We want you to make yourself at home and welcome you to use the electric fireplace. Whether you have come to relax and enjoy the lake views, visit the nearby Chain O’ Lakes, or want to enjoy the nearby beach at Silver Lake Park,
It is important to note that the cabin has historic settling and, while inspected annually and deemed safe from a structural engineer, the floor in the east side of the living room is pitched (angled) somewhat. Also, though the long-time wood burning fireplace was removed in 2022, there remains a reminiscent odor of creosote from build-up in the former flu.
