You'll love the amazing location, allowing you to walk to several local restaurants. Explore the island with ease using the free trolley that runs up and down the island. For adventure seekers, you can rent kayaks and paddleboards right on the beach.

Comfortable Accommodations
TWO SHELL COVE offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable King bed

Guest Bedroom: Includes two Twin beds

The unit also provides a full bath and a reserved parking space for your convenience.

Important Notes for Your Stay
Rates: All rates are in USD and are subject to change.

Guest Policy: The base rate is for 4 guests. An additional charge of $50 per person per night applies for more than 4 guests (including adults, children, and infants). Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 guests. Your reservation is valid only for the number of guests specified in your booking. All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pet Policy: We welcome a maximum of two pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. Each pet has a 30 lb. maximum weight limit (per HOA rules). Please ask before bringing a pet. Keep in mind that pets are not allowed on the beach in Manatee County.

Smoking Policy: TWO SHELL COVE is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. You must go beyond the parking lot or onto the beach to smoke.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the home clean and leave it in a "reasonably clean" condition upon departure.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase separate trip insurance to cover their possessions and any unforeseen travel complications.

Total relaxation

You are physically steps from the beach. We listen to the waves at night through the bedroom window and you get a view from the living room as well. Great stay will definitely be back.

Excellent Stay as Always!

The location of this unit cannot be beat. Always clean and the owner is incredibly responsive. We love the access to the beach as well as all of the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available for use. This was our third summer in this unit and we will be back next summer!

Just as advertised

The condo was right on the beach just as advertised. It was amazing to go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning to the sound of the ocean. The condo was nicely appointed with pots, pans, towels, sheets and all kinds of beach toys. I especially liked the location as it was very convenient to get to the grocery store, shops or restaurants.

Cozy Condo Just as Described

My 18 year old daughter, her best friend and her mother and I stayed at the adorable cozy condo for 3 nights after 3 nights in Orlando on a girls trip. We found everything to be just as described. The beds are comfy, the property feels safe, the unit was spotless and very well appointed with all the necessities and more. We would absolutely consider staying here again. Thank you, Jeffrey, for sharing your little piece of the island with us.

Peaceful bliss

This was a sister trip.The property was in the perfect location with oceanfront view and walkout to the beach. Evenings sitting on the beach were the best. On our last night, the baby turtles emerged out of their nest. So very cool to watch. The inside was well equipped with everything we needed. The furnishings and beds were very nice and comfortable. Well worth our drive from NC.

Wonderful location but dirty

Pros: Absolutely wonderful location. Tons of towels and extras. We loved staying here which is why we were able to overlook the rest. Cons: Too much furniture and decor for such a small space. I'd recommend taking out all the bookshelves that no one will use. There was a ton of sand in the beds and we had to wash our own sheets. The floors were dirty, there is mold in the shower, the beds were lumpy and old. I would expect at almost 2 grand for 3 nights, for it to be clean.

When you rent directly on the beach, there is sand everywhere. The minute you step out of your car and walk in the door you have tracked in sand. I even note in my welcome information that when you rent on the beach you have to expect sand. There is not mold in the shower. Some of the caulk has turned gray. The beds are not lumpy and old. The beds have featherbeds on top. Featherbeds can appear uneven when you sit or lay on them. I have used featherbeds on top of my beds for 23 years and my guests love the luxury. The only sand in the beds would come from guests as they get into the beds with sand on their feet. I graciously allow this guest to bring two extra guests at the last minute which was a mistake on my part. They left the unit a mess using every towel in the place, water bottles thrown everywhere. Not a guest I would want back.

Great place to stay

When we arrived, everything was clean and neat. The condo was as pictured. The next day, something happened with the a.c.. My brother-in-law, who was staying in a condo upstairs, came by to look and said the drain was clogged. I immediately contacted Courtenay but it was 10:30. The air came back on and lasted throughout the night.The next day Courtenay contacted an a.c. company and they were there and a.c. was fixed by noon. After conversations with her and both of her parents, who live right down from the condo, these are some of the nicest people I've met. They were on top of the problem and called/texted to check on us often. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, we have our trip for next year already booked :)

Brianna Stayed in our unit for a week. She let me know there was an issue with the AC and we contacted Gary Air immediately for a service visit. Within a few hours Gary Air was there and fixed the issue. Brianna was not only patient with this issue she was extremely helpful by letting me know a few little things we can improve in the condo going forward when asked. Her husband also helped my parents when they came down to clean out the area where the AC unit is located. Her patience and kindness was refreshing and sincere. She was by far one of our best renters and we are thrilled she has already secured a week in 2019!

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient

The condo was just as advertised: clean, comfortable, and directly on the beach. All the extras were there: beach chairs, kitchen essentials, good TVs :) The host was very good to work with and answered all questions right away. Highly recommend.

Directly on beach

Great little condo, clean and comfortable, best part for us was the location, awesome stretch of beach, not too crowded, water was incredible! Nice shower/hose to rinse sand off. Unit well stocked, beach chairs and umbrella, small kitchen but functional with anything you might need.

Beautiful Area

The beach this property sits in was absolutely beautiful. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. We have 4 kids ranging in ages from 5-15 and they all had a blast. We are planning to rent it again next summer!

Excellent location. Beach was a step off the porch. Beach chairs and umbrella worked real well. A/C worked well, had no problem with the tv. Worked fine. Only issue was there were too much furniture so it was a little hard to move around. I’m really searching now to find something to complain about. Very happy with our stay.

Clean, Quaint, and Convenient

My husband and I had a wonderful first experience staying on Anna Maria Island! The property was very clean and inviting. It was perfect to walk right out our door and onto the beach. There were also nice beach chairs and other items for us to use. There were plenty of towels, kitchenware, etc. We have no complaints and would definitely stay in Shell Cove #2 again! The condo is in a convenient location on the island as well. It is close to a mile to get to the group of restaurants and shops south of the condo. While you can take the free trolley (and it is very nice), we typically just walked to dinner. There is another grouping of some stores (including Publix) about a mile north of the condo, so overall very convenient!

Amazing Beach

I was at this property with a friend. We were looking for a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got. The beach is beautiful. We were easily able to access the local shuttle to get to restaurants and bars. The house has all you need, but we did not spend a lot of time, nor plan to, inside.

Cozy Condo on the beach!

Just Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay so here so much, it is a perfect little gem directly on the beach! Literally steps from the beach and great Location on the island. Owner was responsive. Unit is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Can’t wait to go back!

Beds need to be replaced, bad lighting, too much furniture, needs to be updated, very disappointed

I was very disappointed. The unit needs to be updated. Pictures didn’t show the unit as is. Too much furniture for a small space. I received pages of rules after renting the unit, can’t adjust the AC and so much more. The rules were excessive. Rule cards posted everywhere!! Lighting very poor, too dark. Too much furniture, needs to be removed. Beds are old and need to be replaced. Black towels in the bathroom- can’t tell if they were clean or not. Just gross. Very small fridge. Old kitchen utensils. Overall I wish we found a different place. One parking spot per unit with no additional parking. Guest parking only available for 4 hours. No follow up after our stay. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

Our stay was just as we had hoped, the property was clean and well appointed, and it was so nice to walk out the door and directly onto the beach. The sea turtle nests were an added bonus. Perfect for a laid back and relaxing stay.
