Great location, great home, awesome host!

Needed a place near my mom in Sun City AZ -- this home was perfect and the host made our stay super easy and comfortable! Will definitely re-book should I need a place to stay in Sun City again.

Cute little house with 2 nice sized bedrooms. Great backyard offering lots of shade trees. Owner was very responsive. My dog and i stayed for a month and enjoyed our time. Thank you for the great experience and opportunity to pive in Sun City for a month!

Perfect place

We were in Sun City looking to buy a home and wanted to stay somewhere in the community. This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. They had everything you would need for a short or long-term stay. When we drove in late at night, the landscaping and the lights were absolutely beautiful!! Her backyard is inspiration for what we will do with our new home

Stay in Sun City

Very beautiful house and nicely appointed. My husband and I stayed for two nights and found it very close to restaurants and grocery store. We were in Phoenix to attend the Luke Combs concert and really enjoyed the quite neighborhood and very nice house. Kathy was very accommodating and lovely to work with.

Kathy was the perfect host. The house was well appointed and exactly as advertised. No surprises. Great location. Very Clean. Super comfortable beds. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Phoenix.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

This home was so beautiful and peaceful to stay at! It was perfect for our family of 4! The house was stocked, clean and the backyard was beyond amazing! Fruit trees and you can watch bunnies play in the backyard throughout the day!! It was an amazing trip!! I would 10/10 book this home again! The home owner actually contacted us back within the hour every time we had a question!!!!

The property was exactly as advertised. The host was extremely helpful and gracious. The backyard is stunning and would be quite enjoyable except during extreme heat. Lol. I would recommend dislocation.

This is a perfect home for Sun City stays.

This was my second time staying here and it was perfect for our weekend of meeting up with extended family for a celebration. This home was cozy and quiet enough to give the respite needed after a whirlwind of activities with family. The owner makes sure you have everything you need. If you are reading reviews trying to decide which Sun City home to choose, read no further... this one is all that and then some! (We actually had another vrbo some of our group was at and this was the best!)

Short stay

Kathleen was great to work with! Our flight was cancelled and rebooked a day late by the airlines and she was very understanding. We were able to extend our original trip by a day to compensate losing a day at no extra charge. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, had everything we needed. It was truly a home away from home. sadly, we weren't able to enjoy her fruit trees as we visited in the wrong season but next time! Thank you for a great visit!

Awesome little home, 5 stars!

We absolutely loved staying here and hope to use it for future visits. The house was very clean, super homey and worked perfectly for us. There were 5 of us (all adults) in total that stayed there and the house was perfect size to accommodate us comfortably. Plenty of room to sleep, lots of towels which has been an issue at other VRBO's we've stayed at and an incredible backyard! Kathy was a fantastic host and was always quick to get back to us when we had questions. She was kind enough to have spices and other things stocked and ready for our use. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and can't wait to use it again in the future!

Love the back yard

This was a small place. It was cute. Pluses: it was 5 minute drive to a very nice activity center and close to every necessity like grocery, dinning, hospital, dentist, stores etc. the back yard was adorable. We loved the sitting area, bunnies and all. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful. The owner responded promptly and was friendly. Drawbacks:The dishwasher was in kitchen but required us moving it to the sink for hookup. There was a washing machine in the kitchen but no dryer. The bathroom faucet needed a new washer and did not have adequate water flow. The entrance to the driveway required us to go over curb.

Exceeded Expectations

Very clean, passed the white sock test-if you know, you know :-) Bunnies in the back yard, hummingbirds in the front House has everything you could need Owner uses high quality sheets, towels, etc. Location to everything we did was perfect: Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Patriots/Cardinals football game, Tombstone, etc.

AMAZING and RELAXING

The house is exactly as described in the photos. Even with the Arizona heat the house was cool when I arrived. The location was great for the quiet and relaxation I was looking for. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well. I loved the way she added the little touches of decorating in the yard. Sitting outside was enjoyable and looking all the different cactuses around the house. The check in was easy. Kathy explains everything very well in her message to you a few days before you arrive. When I did need to contact Kathy, she was right on the spot. She responded within a few minutes. Always on the ready if I needed anything or to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again when I go to Phoenix. Thank You Kathy for allowing others to enjoy your home.

Clean, comfortable home! Perfect location in Sun City!

Everything a family could want or need was thought of and stocked! Itā€™s as if we were HOME, but better! The owner was responsive, the accommodations were lovely and the beds were dreamy! We were extended stay guests and were absolutely cozy, comfortable, safe and secure, while we looked for a permanent home and while I worked remotely via the WiFi. The outdoor space was fun, beautiful, and perfect for evening chats, a glass of ice tea and stargazing! If you are looking for accommodations near EVERYTHING, without having to worry about ANYTHING, this is it! HUGE THANK YOU to Kathy!

Excellent place to visit Northern AZ & Retired family

I enjoyed having my own bedroom, theres two bedrooms but several sleeping options. The yard was fabulous especially at night with all the greenery, lights and ambiance. It is great to have a nice kitchen plus an outdoor grill. We visited Grandma who has retired nearby, but this location was great - groceries, restaurants and coffee nearby. I recommend it if you're doing some activities, its not close by "action" like a casino or lots of bars, but very good for other activities and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful which we also were needing. Very well kept and pleasant.
