Accessibility: This is a multi-level home. Stairs are required to access both the front and rear entrances, and there are additional stairs throughout the interior. The home is not ADA accessible and may not be suitable for individuals who have difficulty with stairs or limited mobility. Handrails are not present in all areas with stairs.

Home Comfort: Due to the age of the home, there can occasionally be a humidity-related odor, primarily during wet seasons or periods of high humidity. The home is equipped with energy-efficient tinted windows.

Outdoor Space: Please be aware that a patio umbrella is not provided for the deck furniture.

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, there are exterior-only security cameras on the premises. These cameras monitor the exterior entry points and do not have any views of the interior spaces.
