Great location, nice neighborhood, wonderful, clean, comfortable home with everything you need and plenty of space for everyone. We loved the fire pit and enjoyed sitting on the deck! The basement was the perfect place to hang out. Great home!

What a great stay we had here. A lovely home with a great yard and fire pit. The ping pong table was a huge hit with the kids as was the entire basement area. The hosts are incredibly friendly, respond fast and make everything easy. Definitely coming back here when in town.

I loved this house! We came in for about five nights, for the nationals horse show competition. Absolutely perfect, and the neighbors are super nice! I am definitely safer this house because you will definitely book a game when you come back to kanas city!

Beautiful and spacious home for our family when we stayed. Hosts were great! We arrived sooner than expected and we were able to check in early. Had all the essentials needed for our stay! Appreciated the safe and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home. Cozy and welcoming. Very clean! Loved how well stocked the kitchen was with spices, coffee, tea, and cooking tools. It was so great to have multiple living areas for everyone to hang out. It could not have been a more perfect place for our family to get together. Jimmy and Atalie are lovely and were so responsive. We hope to be able to stay here again!

Better then expected!

What a great home. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to everything including Jack Stacks and the 3&2 fields. We rented for a Baseball Tournament for a long weekend. The home is well decorated and spacious which is needed when you travel with teens. Game room and basement space was great to unwind and the kitchen made it easy to feed the family. The little touches like bag of ice, water on the nightstand, snacks and coffee station were a welcomed surprise. If your looking for a place to stay in KC suburbs I would highly recommend.

Don't hesitate to rent this home! Excellent property with enough common area seating for our group of 8 adults, and could easily have included 4 more. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The decor is fresh and modern, and the house is very clean and accommodating. Garage is available if you want it. Laundry room is available. Three bathrooms made it perfect for our group. Back patio was great for those who like to sit outside at night. Dining table was a great size for playing cards. Having two giant tv's helped with the football maniacs in the group. Host was quick to respond and very friendly. We will absolutely stay here again.
