Terms And Conditions
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. The Property Manager and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ as required.
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

Safety & Cleanliness
We are committed to your family's safety as cleanliness and safety are always a top priority. We would like to inform you that we are working with our partners and staff members to be proactive and ensure our guests have the best vacation experience while mitigating the impact of the current situation.
We adhere to comprehensive health and safety procedures when cleaning and maintaining our homes including all local laws. In addition to the strict guidelines and high standards we have in place, we have developed new best practices, training and information that achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization as recommended by the CDC and the industry standards set by the VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association). We are committed to doing our part to keep guests, owners, and staff safe.
We have considered a preventive plan of strict cleaning standards and housekeeping for our vacation homes with the following measures:
-Our existing cleaning programs have been updated to include more rigorous sanitization and disinfection protocols to ensure safety as described by the CDC.
-Team members are receiving additional specialized and ongoing training in cleaning standards and practices.
-We disinfect all major surfaces and pay close attention to all high-touch areas, including doorknobs (inside and out), lock boxes or electronics lock panels, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs, clothes hangers, touch screens, and playsets/toys, to name a few. High-touch surfaces are being treated with extra care with EPA compliant disinfectants.
-Our team members follow all PPE best practices by wearing masks, gloves, and/or other protective gear as necessary when entering a vacation home. Further, our team is supplied with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol as directed by the CDC.
Additional Safety Measures include:
- Remote check-in for guests.
- Our team is helping guests resolve any technical or maintenance questions via phone or chat before we send a team member into the homes.
- All maintenance staff wear mask, gloves and shoe covers and are to remain at least six feet about from guests when attending a vacation home.
*There is a Ring Doorbell camera installed on the side of the garage by the driveway. The camera has NO view/angle of any guest areas of the property other than the driveway.
